Our Support Team can assist you in getting a replacement for the headset's microphone boom or assist with a full product replacement if necessary under the manufacturer's warranty that our products are sold with. Bellow average sound, decent beginner headset.

I have a higher end MLG Turtle Beach pair that cost more but are well worth the extra price. Don't skimp!
