Used with sons xbox 1 and it didn't last long. Defective product.

Used this to replace my broken headphones. The right headphone stopped working after 2 months of use. I had a Geek Squad protection and replaced it, still the right headphone stopped working after 11 days. Will never buy a turtle beach product again. Save your money and go with Logitech's.

Got these as a Christmas gift, grandson hated them because he could not hear the footsteps on the game.

Wore these on my vacation trip to the islands they were comfortable the noise isolation was perfect and the sound was as good as the airplanes speakers could put out so bravo Turtles buy them for yourself !!!

I bought 2 sets of these for my boys. After a month of very little use neither one works they are garbage. I used to only buy turtle beach. I know now they are junk and will never waste my money on another one of their products.

The microphone is detachable from the headset, the detached mic when inserted directly to the pc worked fine, when used with the headset it did not work. There is an inline volume control with mute switch, this had no effect on making the product work as expected.

Purchased these headsets and one ear stopped working after one month. Went to Best Buy and they wouldn't assist. No response from the OEM either. Stay away from these headsets. Wires also go to both ear pieces which is also annoying.

I picked this headset up after my Xbox Official one died in 3 months. So far the sound has been excellent, my friends can hear me in chat, and probably an awesome feature is the ability to remove the talk piece. This is handy because I use my headset for my sound, and it gets annoying when I'm watching something on Netflix and I have the talk piece in my face. I can't recommend enough. Totally worth the purchase. Games I play for reference: -Warframe -Halo 5 -Battlefield 4 or Hardline -Destiny

It had a very hard sound and it hurt my ears after 10 minutes of wearing them. Plus the little foam thing constantly falls off. I had to buy new headphones because these just gave me headaches.

The left earphone broke on the inside after 14th day. We didn't get to Best Buy in time to get a refund, so now we are stuck with these cheap, broken headphones of which we paid 40 dollars.

I bought this from a local Best Buy after numerous attempts to get "cheap" headsets from walmart to work with Skype on my computer. Maybe I've never owned a good headset before but after I bought this one, I was pretty darn impressed with how nice it was. I got it for my computer but now I use it for my xbox one as well. So it comes with an adapter cable that you can connect to your computer. The nice thing is you can leave the adapter cable plugged into your computer and disconnect your headset to use elsewhere. With the adapter, the cord is extra long so you can move around quite a bit with it plugged in. Another super convenient thing is the mic can disconnect from the headset, so if you're wanting to just listen to music you can take the mic out and set it aside. The mic is also flexible so you can twist and move it to any position you want. Great for when you're wanting to get a drink or eat a snack while chatting. The headset earmuffs are comfortable for the most part and cup around the ears, they can rotate somewhat for even more comfort. But wearing glasses with it is still uncomfortable. I'm not a sound expert by any means but I was pretty satisfied with the quality. It has a mute switch and volume control on the cord. All in all a pretty nifty headset. I like how flexible it is with the removable/flexible mic and rotating ear muffs, the long cord, and being able to switch between my comp and xbox with ease. My only complaint would be that it can be uncomfortable to wear if you have glasses, but that can't be helped. Either way, I totally recommend it.

I needed a chat headset. Since I'm deaf in one ear I figured I'd go with headphones so I could hear the game sounds as well. I'm a PS4 owner and have headphones for it but they won't work with the Xbox. I didn't want to spend a lot of money but I did want something comfortable. This really fit the bill. I can wear these for hours, the sound is good and my playing partner doesn't complain that he can't hear me on chat. So ya, if you are on a budget, pick these up!

The sound is great and the volume is amazing. The mic stands great and it’s nice it has a set possition. The pricing was super convenient for me aspecially for the quality that I got.

This headset is no good!! It didn’t even last 5 months. DO NOT WAST YOUR MONEY!! The other party can’t hear you threw these. They are crap and a wast of money!

This headset seemed alright for the price but within 5 days of use the mic stopped working. Best Buy let me return them but I cannot recommend this product - avoid!

Not a very good headset. Good for the price i guess but very cheap feeling.

You may buy this because it’s so much cheaper than others but if you do, understand you’ll be buying another headset a few months later. Stay AWAY!

I found these very cheaply made and I had to take these back and get something thing that would last. DO NOT BUY, unless you want to waste your money.

They broke after a week. I’m tired of buying these headsets although you could buy cheap ones and they work the same.

My son has had this headset for less than 3 months and the microphone is already not working. I expect better quality for this price point.
