Spending any amount of money on a gaming headset is money better spent elsewhere. These broke less then 3 months after purchase. That money I should have spent on buying new shoelaces. At least BestBuy was excellent with replacing them with something better.

We bought the extra warranty offered and it’s a good thing. We’ve had to replace the headphones almost every 1-2 months because they stop working. Can’t say I’d recommend the headphones, but the warranty coverage has been great.

This headset gave me static noise after the third day of using it. They are great for first time buyers for the cheap price it is sold for including the constant sales... But I recommend a different headset if you use your headset often for longer periods of time.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend Turtle Beach Recon 50 Headset

The headphones broke, but I kept the inline amplifier. With that the PX22 and Recon 50 are identical in build. After I connected the inline amp. The bass and sound was perfect. Alone the headphones would be a 3 star, but with an amplifier it would be a 4.5 - 5 star rating.
