It could be louder but for the price your paying, it's awesome. Recently bought a new one in white!

I purchased the extended warranty and was able to get a new one of the same brand and am hoping these do the trick . very happy with extended warranty and how easy it is to work with best buy .

They are also able to be used with our other electronics which is great not having to always search for another pair.
