Plug end internal wires broke within a month or so. After investigating further, the internal wire gauge is pitiful. Explains why it failed so easy.

My complaint is the fact that the set failed within 1.5 months of use. No problem, until you have to deal with Turtle Beach. The warranty programming is all email, ok, but the warranty period takes 10-14 business days, making you be without a headset for 3 weeks. Also you have to pay for the shipping there but they are nice enough to send it back. Not very happy to be honest.

Only drawback for this pair is the cord is too short, and it didn't come with the Y-Splitter to plug in back of the computer. I like the fact it has one plug to tplg into the computer, but it's too short and you can not buy any extensions to make the cord longer
