I’ve had no issues using it and very simple to get it to work. Only downside would be the mic as my previous headset I could push the mic in to protect it as this one sits out in the open and gets bounced around.

After about 6 weeks, both sets started crackling sounds then ceased to work at all. Too expensive for such a poorly made product! (Have friends who purchased higher end set and they did the same thing).
