Alright for the money

The first set he received for Christmas 2017 stopped working after about 8 months. When playing a game, the mic stops working and only one earpiece functions. I bought a second pair for him and the same thing happened after only a few weeks. I’m getting him a wireless set for Christmas 2018 and just need this set to last until then...no dice. Picked up a low budget Xbox branded set that has worked flawlessly without a single hiccup. Get it together, Turtle Beach.
