Okay headset for price

Either the mic quits working or the earpiece. Wish they would address this problem so I didn't have to keep buying new ones. Waiting on response back from Turtle Beach on these issues.

I would not recommend this headset

Game audio intermittent

Tried a new controller, different games, and all settings, same result. Don't know if I got a defective headset or the 3.5mm jack is just a bad design.

Broke in a Week

Broke within a month and I had to follow up with Turtle Beach several times to get a warranty return processed. Started the process about a month ago and still don't have a replacement.
