    I bought 2 of these headsets. One was given as a birthday gift August 1, was going to use the second set as a gift in November. The set that was given as a birthday gift didn't work at all. I replaced that set with the other set I had for a birthday gift in November. Took the bad set to best buy. I had had them less than a month. Best Buy refused to replace the bad set because it was over 15 days. Beware with the upcoming holiday season. Very disappointed with BB I have spent over $3,000 in that store in the last 5 years.
