Thank you for leaving your feedback. Your headset should have some sort of padding on the top and bottom of its cup, within the locations that would be pressing on your head/ear. If your headset does not have that padding, then please reach out to our Support Team. Very comfortable ear piece design that doesn't cup your ears. Game sound, optional, can be played through the one earpiece. Very good alternative to the Microsoft mic. 5 star product if the adapter is included.
