    Ehhh maybe?

    The headset powers off immediately 1/7 times. Bluetooth connectivity is garbage. The main reason I got this was to support dual connections. It needs to be power cycled to get a good connection to the usb, on ps5, otherwise it's very quiet. Windows support is lacking.

    HORRIBLE SOUND FOR PS5

    I’ll keep it simple. These sound awful with the ps5, the mobile app for the features could be way better. Returned within 24 hours. GO WITH THE 3d pulses, or steel series 7p. Way to expensive for a bad sounding headphone.

    Unfortunately, these headphones are extremely unreliable. I am on my 2nd reciever and it just broke again. I have spent more time trying to fix these headphones than actually gaming. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

    Constantly turns off on its own

    Great headset except it CONSTANTLY turns off on its own. There are many threads on the forums and reddit stating others are having the same issue.

      Hey there!

      We are sorry to hear about the experience you've had with your Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 MAX Headset.

      In order to conserve battery life, your headset will power off after no audio is played through it for 10 consecutive minutes. This is a fixed feature and cannot be adjusted.

    This my third pair and they bricked as well customer service don’t respond in a timley manner and when they do respond its just a do it yourself type thing

    Stopped working

    It completely stopped working after the second day i had it. I did the recovery update but it didnt want to turn on anymore after that

    The sound quality sucks and the mic is way to sensitive even with the volume turned all the way down theres to much background noise

      Thank you for leaving your feedback; however, have you attempted to use the Noise Gate feature that is provided within the companion Audio Hub app for this headset? That feature can have an affect on the background noise picked up by your microphone. That same app can be used to adjust the headset's Microphone Monitor (your own voice playback in the headset) volume level & several other features.

    Headset was great then the transmitter stopped working within a week. Turtle beach charges $35 for just a new transmitter.

If your transmitter failed to work at no fault of your own, then our team would happily assist you in getting it replaced under warranty at no charge.       The stock of transmitters available on the website are for customers who are no longer within their headsets warranty period, or for those customers who misplaced their transmitters as misplaced parts would not be covered under our aforementioned warranty.

    Cheap plastic will break easily

    Audio was fine for me, but I should have read the reviews about these headsets before I bought one. The cheap plastic can't handle the flexing of putting them on/taking them off your head. My head band snapped after about a month of use. I have totaltech, so it was easy to get my money back, and I put that toward a much higher quality headset with a metal head band.
