I have had about 5 pairs of these, it seems to randomly stop working after 6 or 7 months. So every 6 to 7 months i have to cash in my warranty and get new pair. Sad because other than that they are really good, great sound and everything. My current headset just randomly stopped working today, I turned them on to play they powered on then went dead. They wont turn back on they wont even register a charge when I plugged them into power cord just absolutely nothing. I just got this pair on 7/21/2024 and 6 ½ months later there broke. I take really good care of they too! I never throw or toss them i use both hands when putting on or taking off i hang them or place on shelf when they are not in use.

I love these turtle beaches . The sound is amazing and i can hear every little sound on my game. I like how i can adjust voice and game sound seperately from the headset itself. My favorite thing is it being bluetooth that i can link up my phone and listen to music and play my xbox and talk on the phone with them as well ! Def would recommend these !

Wasn’t happy with the 600 gen 2s. So returned them for these. Volume is much better, but maybe still not quite what I’d like. Setup was easy, listening to music and taking calls while gaming is nice feature. Battery life so far is amazing.

I have a PS5 and X box series X and this works great on both. The sound is great. It connects to my phone really easily and I can control the headphones from my phone easily. I’ve seen other people complain about the sound or the app but I’ve had no problems. Chat volume works well and it’s nice to be able to answer calls on the headphones while in the middle of the game without having to switch to my phone. My only issue is they do fit pretty tight, but I’ve gotten more and more comfortable with them as I’ve used them.

It worked excellent with the game Xbox console it was an easy install. There was no buying having app or download an app. The headset has a clear sound you don’t hear no background Echo, no chatter in the mic when speaking in it and it’s a lightweight fit on your head. My boy loves the headset and we will be buying a second headset for his twin brother for Christmas.

I can blast music, hear footsteps in video games, and (my favorite feature of all) it connects to everything except a PS4. Switch? Yep. Series X|S? Yep. Phone? Yep. Laptop? Yep. It can also be connected to two devices at a time! I like to call friends on Discord mobile while I’m playing games with them if there isn't an in-game mic. 5/5, would recommend!

Cant stress this enough on how great the audio quality is on these, the microphone though isn't the best but a good option if you have another microphone.

Been using the brand turtle beach ever since I had a 360. So my last pair broke & I said let me try something different since I switched over to PC during the pandemic and I bought the corsairs & They were nice quality but I felt like I didnt like how low in sound they were. So I returned them and upgraded to these 700s max and man they are freak fantastic I will never switch over anything but turtle beach. Crisp sound & I love the fact that they have an app & you can mess with the equalizer & mic is a plus!

Great headset when it comes to volume, but has connectivity issues from time to time. Nothing too crazy. Turning it off/on again fixes it.

Sound quality is great. Battery life is long and is light weight and works fantastic
