Pretty easy to connect but you have to update these headsets out of the box via Windows or Mac. I got these on sale for $150 and at that price point these were a no brainer. They also look amazing as well and are pretty comfortable.

I don't have the issue with the Bluetooth just the USB.

Great Wireless Gaming Headphones

Its nice to be able to be connected.to 2 devices...can take calls without shipping my games. Sound quality is great as well...much better than playing with just the tv speakers.

We play valorant while talking on discord. Between rounds, I can watch tictok videos on my phone and listen to them through the headphones, at the same time as hearing the game/discord. Pretty awesome. The only issue, is set up. The bluetooth set up is not clear in the instructions. Also, my usb transmitter has already broke and now the headphones may be useless, unless I can find a replacement.

Bluetooth pairing can be performed by holding the Bluetooth button on the headset until it announces that Bluetooth is pairing. This can take a few seconds, and we have articles that go more in depth in to the Bluetooth pairing process on the Turtle Beach website if you need to familiarize yourself with the process.
In regard to your transmitter, our dedicated Support Team would happily look in to assisting you with a claim under your product's warranty. I have normal sized ears and the inside of the headset doesn’t have a mesh protection causing your ears to rub against a hard metal. Sound quality and mic is great tho just beware of the metal inside. I returned mine

Couldn’t connect with the Xbox. Updated did everything turtle beach tells you to do and even YouTubed and done Reddit research. Finally able to connect.. Jan 2024 headset doesn’t connect out of complete random. The computer wont recognize the stupid usb it comes with. Purchased another usb to see if I can somehow connect it. I’m not tech savvy at all. I expected when paying 180 that it would be user friendly. Back to wired I go. Save your money. ( when it worked it worked well and I enjoyed it but it’s not worth the frustration of trying to get it to work.. gives me old school red ring of death vibes at this point)
