Not a good headset

Unreal, I’m stuck with them and now I’m running into connectivity issues. Turns on, then turns off on its own and I’m 4 ft away from the usb. I’m only giving it 2 stars because of the battery life. It lasted me 3 days before I put it on a charge.

Good morning! Please ensure that your headset & its USB transmitter have been updated to the newest firmware available for it via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS. This new firmware should get your headset up and running properly, improving its overall volume levels, Bluetooth pairing process, & connectivity to its transmitter.

I still have the Astros, but these are superior IMO. I love the sound and that I can hear myself talk in my headphones so I know if I’m yelling or not lol.

Amazing Headphones

I love that I can connecg to both my phone and my PC at the same time! I can watch videos on my phone while games load or talk on the phone with a crisp microphone. I cannot recommend these enough. The range is pretty great too!

Volume limit was way to low for a headset. At max volume almost everything was louder then this headset which was very annoying for the cost of the headset.

I have no way to keep the thing from shutting off if I leave my pc for a few minutes other than keeping sound in the background, even if it's plugged into power... seriously irritating. But my real issue with thing headset is that the audio randomly crackles constantly, and occasionally stutters. By randomly I mean like every 30 minutes or so.. Unfortunately my work schedule kept me from returning this thing within the allotted period so I'm stuck with it. I have a warranty claim in with the manufacturer, but from what I've read this is a common issue, so I suspect this will just become a very expensive trash can filler before long.

The headset is equipped with an auto-shutdown feature to ensure the battery life is saved after extended periods of inactivity. There'd be no way to adjust that or prevent that feature from activating on this model.

Sometimes you can hear the headphones make a crackling sound when they are to high. 2. You can’t control voice chat individually in order to make someone voice lower you need to lower the game audio as well. Overall they are great headphones but for the price of $200.00 you’ll figure they wouldn’t have those flaws. I previously had the Turtle Beach xp 400 and those headphones were 2x better then I’m audio and features .

I live that I can fine tune it with the phone app. Everything about it is great! I went from getting “0” kills in fortnite to averaging 2 kills/match. If that isn’t progress I don’t know what is.

Set up is super easy, I love the ability to adjust the game volume and chat volume separately. The ear cups are super comfortable was able to wear them for hours with no issues! 10/10 would recommend.
