So overall amazing, but need to improve product materials.

Bummed me out

The head set is built very well, however thats where the goos stops. The headset is way too tight is gives me a headache from the pressure, and if i loosen it it will not stay on my head. Now for that i could just place the headset over a ball or something to help stretch the band. Now i have only connected the headset to my Xbox series x and it is unbelievably quite i have it on full volume and its quite i connected the headset to my phone so i could use the app i tried changing every setting and it didn't help at all i may have a defective unit but still i was super excited for this headset was my birthday gift to myself but sadly the excitement didnt last and i will probably end up returning them and just stick to my wired hyper x alpha headset

Good morning! Please ensure that your headset & its USB transmitter have been updated to the newest firmware available for it via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS. This new firmware should get your headset up and running properly, improving its overall volume levels, Bluetooth pairing process, & connectivity to its transmitter.

Also, please know that due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

Turtley enough for the Turtle club

Have some static issues occasionally with the audio. Not sure if it is the dongle or USB port on the PC. My other 700s for Xbox work great.

Great!…but…

They fit so well that they “block out” a lot of room noise but they are NOT noise cancelling. The only issue that i have had using these with my Xbox series X is that when you first turn them on, they dont always connect and will power down. This means having to turn them on again and uaually it works that time. This is my only issue thus far *knock on wood*!

Being able to sync with your phone and console at the same time has been a game changer. Another big plus is the companion app, which allows you to customize the on board dials. The biggest win…being compatible with all of your consoles.

Very comfortable and the mic sliding up to mute is convenient, I bought it on sale for $130 which was a steal!!

Good Sound, Poor Connection (PC)

Audio cuts out very frequently. I would say it cuts out every 15-30 seconds. Also, it takes very long for it to connect to my PC and often it fails to connect and turns off. Then I need to turn it on again and hopefully it connects. The USB dongle will power off also if there is no connection. Every time I start up my PC and attempt to connect my headset I need to power on my headset 1-2 times at least and unplug and replug the USB dongle. I had Logitech for years and never had to do that once. Once you do get it to connect it sounds really good, but again it cuts out every 15-30 seconds. This is likely a much better console headset than for PC, it seems like it has more console support.

Very good wireless headset

The reviews I read spoke about lag time but I haven'tnoticed any in the time I've been using it.
