Everything sounds great, range of volume is amazing. Two dials for party chat and game volume so you can mess with it how you like. Voice sounds great, superhuman hearing works amazing as well.

So overall amazing, but need to improve product materials.

However, the companion app where you can change settings. Definitely need some work. The settings don't seem to save each time you power it on the next cheaper headset was great, except the adjustable headband was very cheaply, made and broke a couple times hence why I love this one having a metal headband.

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.1st pair broke after just under a year of ownership (plastic split right above ear muff pivot). 2nd pair the wireless transmitter cuts in and out making me lose audio, conveniently 3 weeks after the return period ended. Only reason for not getting 1 star is the audio quality (when working) sounds great, and I like the microphone tilt up to mute feature. Steer clear of these and get something higher end that will last.

Very comfortable and the mic sliding up to mute is convenient, I bought it on sale for $130 which was a steal!!

The sound was low and even when all the way up and would randomly disappear. The app is nice but would reset the settings without notice.

Good Sound, Poor Connection (PC)

Audio cuts out very frequently. I would say it cuts out every 15-30 seconds. Also, it takes very long for it to connect to my PC and often it fails to connect and turns off. Then I need to turn it on again and hopefully it connects. The USB dongle will power off also if there is no connection. Every time I start up my PC and attempt to connect my headset I need to power on my headset 1-2 times at least and unplug and replug the USB dongle. I had Logitech for years and never had to do that once. Once you do get it to connect it sounds really good, but again it cuts out every 15-30 seconds. This is likely a much better console headset than for PC, it seems like it has more console support.
