They fit so well that they “block out” a lot of room noise but they are NOT noise cancelling. The only issue that i have had using these with my Xbox series X is that when you first turn them on, they dont always connect and will power down. This means having to turn them on again and uaually it works that time. This is my only issue thus far *knock on wood*!

Bummed me out

The head set is built very well, however thats where the goos stops. The headset is way too tight is gives me a headache from the pressure, and if i loosen it it will not stay on my head. Now for that i could just place the headset over a ball or something to help stretch the band. Now i have only connected the headset to my Xbox series x and it is unbelievably quite i have it on full volume and its quite i connected the headset to my phone so i could use the app i tried changing every setting and it didn't help at all i may have a defective unit but still i was super excited for this headset was my birthday gift to myself but sadly the excitement didnt last and i will probably end up returning them and just stick to my wired hyper x alpha headset

Good morning! Please ensure that your headset & its USB transmitter have been updated to the newest firmware available for it via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS. This new firmware should get your headset up and running properly, improving its overall volume levels, Bluetooth pairing process, & connectivity to its transmitter.

Also, please know that due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

Decent wireless headset

Only complaint is the sound randomly doesnt work during gameplay. This happened maybe 3 or 4 times since Ive bought it. But turning it off and on seems to fix the issue. Sometims I wonder if it is because I am listen Call of Duty at max volume with so many range of sound frequency

Being able to sync with your phone and console at the same time has been a game changer. Another big plus is the companion app, which allows you to customize the on board dials. The biggest win…being compatible with all of your consoles.

Electrical problems

And sometimes the volume dials don't work. But when it does work it's nice. I have returned one pair and the second pair is doing the same thing again.

Do not buy

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.My TB Sealth 600 were awsome but the headsets broke while trying to adjust, I upgraded to the 700 Gen 2, had a dongle, now I constantly get dropped conversations, very irritating. I've done firmware upgrades for both dongle and headset, I do not recommend these, wish I would have upgraded to the Steel series or the hard to find Xbox wireless. Owned for 1.5 years, upgraded firmware many times.
