The mic will pick up any noise within your house especially if you have a fan runinng near you, but the head set has a "noise gate" that will filter that noise out, so thats a plus.

Only reason for not getting 1 star is the audio quality (when working) sounds great, and I like the microphone tilt up to mute feature. Steer clear of these and get something higher end that will last.

Earcups feel great on the ears, soft and cool memory foam. Microphone easily slides out and back into place
