Worth 200$ in my opinion

Hopefully they'll get them fixed soon. Problems connecting to my phone, problems connecting to my laptop. It shouldn't be this annoying. Fingers crossed its just bc they're still kinda new.

Much more sturdy then the 600

He's now had this one for almost a year with no breaking so I consider this a huge upgrade

Owned for 7 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Be aware that this model suffers from a software or hardware defect that leads to the volume wheel being unusable and thus your headset being stuck at whatever volume level it was at when it stopped working (max volume for mine). If you are outside of the normal return window, Best Buy will not let you return it unless you fulfill (waste) your protection plan on it if you bought one - despite it being a clear manufacturer defect. Going through Turtle Beaches MFG warranty replacement process will almost certainly have it replaced with the exact same model that will very likely have the exact same issue within days or weeks. Check around on various forum websites and you will find countless reports of this being an issue. Know before you buy. As a supporter of TB products for the last 20 years, I'm extremely disappointed and will never purcahse TB again.
