First one had the transmitter start to fall apart, then the headset itself started to crack around each ear. Then they sent a replacement and it won’t turn on after only a month or two of use. Avoid this headset.

What a let down

To even get it working, you need to power it on wait for it to say battery level low. Then power itself off. Power it on again it will say battery level medium and if you’re lucky it will stay on and receive the Bluetooth signal I use this for my PC because I like turtle beach but this newer model is atrocious and is such a setback. The volume, for voice doesn’t just turn down voices it lowers game volume and voices, so both game volume and voice volume do the same thing. On discord you need to do reset audio setting everytime you get your headset to work. In order to talk and hear people. This really was a let down and for the price. I would just go to a better higher end headset for PC gaming. This might just be better tailored to Console but jeez the older model worked perfectly although it had its flaws like the ear piece always breaking on one side but it worked much better than this one.

I disconnects evwn with the doggle even at 22ft from the xbox. The weight of the headset is robust. The ear muffs are nice but but get annoyong (hot). I had a set of the gen 1 and those were great, but they missed the bar on these.
