    Never again will I endorse Turtle Beach. I purchased these, and two months later, the casing fell apart. Called CS and was sent a new one. Those too fell apart. Called again, sent new ones. Once again the casing fell apart. Called again and was told that the warranty was no longer valid. The casing on every pair has basically fell off around the ear pieces on every single pair. The sound is top notch but so anticipate the casing to just disintegrate. Not worth the price.

    I have a different headset that has much better sound. I primarily use this headset on PC for FPS games. The turtle beach stealth 700 gen 2 max wireless gaming headset doesn’t or can’t provide the directional sound that my other headset can. When having the superhuman hearing on, it creates a very loud static noise during times like reloading and firing. Players on my team tell me that they can also hear the static sound. Players on my team usually have to announce where sounds are coming from directionally, because with the stealth 700 gen 2 max wireless gaming headset, the sound seems one dimensional. I have updated everything as required. I’m still trying to work on the settings both on my PC and on the app, but it’s just not quite working for me.

    Sound quality and head feel are amazing. But after less than a year the headset started cracking and broke after never being dropped. Price is too high for it too break that easy. Also wouldn't link first try multiple times.

    Comfort is good, battery life is excellent, Bluetooth connection is excellent. Connection to Consol awful even after update I lose connection to game sound and party chat 25% of the time.

    They worked ok but the plastic broke on one side after about a year. Glued it and played on until a couple months later the other side broke. Thought that was ridiculous because I treated them very well, so I reached out to Turtle Beach and they said all they could do is offer me a discount code to buy another pair. No repair parts, no repair service, no warranty coverage (the original problem occurred within the 1 year warranty window)—why would I buy anything else from these guys.

    Some of the worse pair of headphones I have gotten from Turtle Beach. I initially bought the first gen of these and they broke within 4 months, they just stopped charging and would not turn back on. An issue that I had with the first gen is they would turn on and then would immediately turn right back off, gen 2 sadly does the same exact thing. They turn on then immediately turn back off and I have to turn them on again and 90% of the time I have to play around with it because my voice chat will be really low while game volume is really high so I have to turn it off and back again. No the issue is not the game/volume bezzle on the side it's either the bluetooth or a technical issue. Sound isn't bad altogether, although the mic picks up everything, so just my AC being on is a problem. Overal make of the headset is really good. Love the metal strap and works really well with my glasses, love the fact that the way to mute the mic is to lift the mouth piece. I would not recommend this headset due to it's constant technical issues, it's a $200 mic I should be able to turn it on without having to fight with it.

    Bought the headset for my son he loves them says they work good. Would have given 5 stars but I’ve already exchanged for about 5 sets due to the plastic around the earmuffs breaking multiple times when I try to put them on my son.
