    While comfortable these have no distance to them and cut out a lot. May be ok for watching a movie but not for working in a business enviornment

    Worst headset I’ve ever owned unfortunately.

    So the reason for my 1 star review is because every time I go to use them, it takes me 5 minutes to get them turned on and connected to my Series X. I hit the on button, it turns on, tells me how much batter is left, and it even pops up on my screen saying “connected” but then not even 2 seconds later (every time, on cue) they just shut off and I have to restart the whole process. This will happen at least 3-4 times, every time I try to use them. All in all if they work it takes minutes to connect and the battery doesn’t seem to be as good as they advertise as I find myself charging them constantly. The overall sound isn’t bad but not near worth the money I spent with the connection/power issues. This was my first and last Turtle Beach purchase. What a complete mess of an experience for something I had good hope for and spent $200 on.

    Connection issues

    The headphones were great until 35 days in and the Bluetooth disconnected from the USB it comes with and would not reconnect no matter how hard I tried. Then when attempting to return to Best Buy I was 5 days too late on my return policy.

    I have to admit i was disappointed in this headset. I have had several Turtle Beach headsets over the years and they work good enough for me. The problem with this set (i had to return two of them) was the foam on the ear cups. Its just flat and does not support the head set. Maybe i was extremely un lucky but after three sets im still not happy with the ear pads. I think there are better options these days.
