Since day one I’ve had nothing but problems getting it to sync up and use it. After spending about 20 mins everytime I turn on the Xbox to try and get it to work it never does. This paper weight now sits in a ditch somewhere where it belongs and was probably manufactured. I will never use turtle beach products again.

I have had several Turtle Beach headsets over the years and they work good enough for me. The problem with this set (i had to return two of them) was the foam on the ear cups. Its just flat and does not support the head set. Maybe i was extremely un lucky but after three sets im still not happy with the ear pads. I think there are better options these days.

I hit the on button, it turns on, tells me how much batter is left, and it even pops up on my screen saying “connected” but then not even 2 seconds later (every time, on cue) they just shut off and I have to restart the whole process. This will happen at least 3-4 times, every time I try to use them. All in all if they work it takes minutes to connect and the battery doesn’t seem to be as good as they advertise as I find myself charging them constantly. The overall sound isn’t bad but not near worth the money I spent with the connection/power issues. This was my first and last Turtle Beach purchase. What a complete mess of an experience for something I had good hope for and spent $200 on.
