    Used on my switch and Xbox and went out less than 2 months of having it. Tried using a cord to connect it and it still wouldn’t work. I don’t know if it’s just the Bluetooth or game but I’ve reset everything and it just stopped working.

    These we're okay but they squeeze your head a lot , too much tension in the band.

    If I could gives these zero stars I would. Since day one I’ve had nothing but problems getting it to sync up and use it. After spending about 20 mins everytime I turn on the Xbox to try and get it to work it never does. This paper weight now sits in a ditch somewhere where it belongs and was probably manufactured. I will never use turtle beach products again.

    One thing I dislike about this item is I have to turn them on 2 or 3 times just for them to connect to my xbox

    Everytime time i turn them on they turn off shortly after and i have ti turn them on again, also the sound is very mid not very loud

    The store warranty just ran out on 1/14/25 and they stopped working on 1/18/25. We received them on 11/12/2024. We've jad multiple sets of turtle beach headphones and never had issues other than normal wear and tear. From reviews online, the gen 2s have had issues since the gen 3s came out. Headed to purchase a gen 3 now. Hopefully turtle beaches technicalsupport can possibly have them working so we have a back up set.

    These were great at first, but the headset is cheap plastic. For the price point should really be able to last longer than nine months. Turtle Beach has gone down hill, I'd recommend spending money on another brand.

    Extremely disappointed in this uncomfortable headset. Had to replace my 700 GEN 1 when they stopped working so picked up the GEN 2 expecting a nice upgrade. The headset is heavy and the head strap isn't comfortable. After an hour of use, I start getting a headache from them, which has never happened with other headsets. They're also very tight on my head and I feel like my skull is being crushed. Setup and updated firmware as directed. The chat volume wheel doesn't work. Contacted tech support, and they are painfully slow to respond, 24-48 hours, and I had to provide them all my information and serial number twice. 4 days after submitting the trouble ticket, they had me reinstall the firmware. That didn't help. I've replied to their email and still waiting on a response 24 hours later. After 30 days of use, I've decided to return these for something else. Last time I'll purchase Turtle Beach! -1 star for comfort -1 star for product not working out of the box -1 star for terrible tech support

    Couldnt find the regular gen 2, so I got this one. Wasnt a fan of the dongle and how you have to update both items. Build quality isnt great, all plastic.

    Bought this and it stopped working after a couple days. Never had an issue with previous headset but I end up getting a different one after i returned it.
