For example it wont remember your sound preferences and you have to reset all the options everytime you turn these on. Turtle Beach is also notorious for horrid support

Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will wear in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

Unfortunately has to return and I went with a different brand. I had high hopes but very disappointed.

too tight and crackling over headset.

The audio is good till I start firing on call of duty, then all I can hear is very loud crackling. I will be returning them to the store asap and trying to find a different brand of headset

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Junk Bought 2 of these 1 works fine but other master volume messed up pretty early after buying i tried to fix it via internet had no luck just seen it was common issue with no fix smh finally addressed it with turtle beach but it just fell barely after 1 yr and they said nothing we can do for you its out of warranty i will never do business with TURTLE BEACH AGAIN!!!

Decent but not the the best bang for your buck

This is my 2nd I’ve owned and I will try and a different route. Also Turtle Beach makes the most uncomfortable gaming headsets. It lacks a lot of features that base model Astro have like being able to change the game volume level and the party chat volume. So, for these reasons I can’t recommend.
