The amount of issues it has is absurd, I can’t turn the headset on without running into some sort of problem like my volume being messed up or even the headset turning its self off immediately after it turns on. Please do not buy this headset

The audio is good till I start firing on call of duty, then all I can hear is very loud crackling. I will be returning them to the store asap and trying to find a different brand of headset

Then when attempting to return to Best Buy I was 5 days too late on my return policy.

Decent but not the the best bang for your buck

This is my 2nd I’ve owned and I will try and a different route. Also Turtle Beach makes the most uncomfortable gaming headsets. It lacks a lot of features that base model Astro have like being able to change the game volume level and the party chat volume. So, for these reasons I can’t recommend.

Tried using a cord to connect it and it still wouldn’t work. I don’t know if it’s just the Bluetooth or game but I’ve reset everything and it just stopped working.
