The amount of issues it has is absurd, I can’t turn the headset on without running into some sort of problem like my volume being messed up or even the headset turning its self off immediately after it turns on. Please do not buy this headset

You have to hard reset your Xbox in order for your mic to pick up your voice. Sad because I used to be a die hard Turtle beach fan. Going to return mine tonight

Battery life is terrible, the comfort isn't crazy compared to their cheaper line, and the noise cancellation is mid. I returned and bought their $50 ones.

Have not had any issues with connectivity or static interference. The sound quality is very good. My only complaint is the headband, which might get a little uncomfortable after long sessions.

Only 2 1/2 months old. Highly disappointed. I stopped with turtle beaches years ago. Tried them once more because of the ability to connect to X series ps5 and PC. Only for this to happen and check reddit and see its a widespread problem with no solution.
