Constantly crackling, disconnecting, and unpairing. I have been a turtle beach headset owner since 2014. I will never buy another turtle beach headset. I tried to contact the company. They refused my complaint because it was “spam”.

Im also pretty sure Bestbuy sold me a returned set since they were unwrapped and no instructions in the box. Won't buy another turtle beach set, or anything from Best Buy again.

I’ve had it turn off and just recently the headset stopped connecting to the transmitter. Best part is I’ve had it for like 20 days. I cannot believe they can sell this junk.
