    @TurtleBeach Turtle Beach Stealth 700 Gen 2 Max was a big disappointment compared to my old Stealth 420x+. Why change something that had fantastic sound. The 700's were way to quiet & the bass was to high. Even after updating the firmware. Bring quality of 420x+ back.

    The store warranty just ran out on 1/14/25 and they stopped working on 1/18/25. We received them on 11/12/2024. We've jad multiple sets of turtle beach headphones and never had issues other than normal wear and tear. From reviews online, the gen 2s have had issues since the gen 3s came out. Headed to purchase a gen 3 now. Hopefully turtle beaches technicalsupport can possibly have them working so we have a back up set.

    Disgrace of a headset. Constantly crackling, disconnecting, and unpairing. I have been a turtle beach headset owner since 2014. I will never buy another turtle beach headset. I tried to contact the company. They refused my complaint because it was “spam”.

    The headset from day 1 would take multiple tries just to get it to connect to my Xbox before it finally works. I’ve had it turn off and just recently the headset stopped connecting to the transmitter. Best part is I’ve had it for like 20 days. I cannot believe they can sell this junk.

    The mic setup is terrible and the chat and game sliders dont operate properly, always hearing interference.

      Good morning! Please ensure that your headset & its USB transmitter have been updated to the newest firmware available for it via the Audio Hub for Windows or MacOS. This new firmware should get your headset up and running properly, improving its overall volume levels, Bluetooth pairing process, & connectivity to its transmitter.
