    It’s a goood headphone overall, it’s really tight at first and uncomfortable but takes time to get the right fit. For long hours of gaming they do get tiring and overall doesn’t really snuggle the whole ear like some headset I had in the prior.

    It simply was defective. I cannot geta drone to work even from a reputable company DJI.

    Too hot for my head and heavy Bluetooth problems

    Used these for four years. Was not enjoying the padding used on the ear pieces they keep your head sweating also everytime I reset my Xbox I had to unplug the usb to get the headset to sync

    For the money they’re great. Directional sound is spot on. Being able to isolate squad chat from game sounds and adjust on the fly is great.

    The headphones were great at 1st. They stopped working 41 days after i got them. Turtle beach warranty is a nightmare to deal with. Its been 9 days and i still havent heard what to do to fix them. Save your money and buy a different brand

    Transmitter took a dump

    Bought this headset in February. Its now august. Headset works great. But the transmitter just gave out. Thought maybe it disconnected i tried every trick in the book to get it to connect. Connected it to my PC to try to update it but even my PC wont read it. Not sure why its happening. A 200 dollar headset shouldn’t only last you 6 months.

    Sorry to say it but straight up this is second time i buy turtle beach headsets and both times I've been disappointed first time i bought the cheap ones and they sucked second time i bought the more expensive ones and guess what they suck mic doesnt work anymore i guess since i bought them in clearance the mic stop working in a boit 2-3 months

    You have to connect it to the XBOX multiple times before it will connect. The chat volume control only works half of the time. There are other headsets that have a lower price point that rate out better than this one.

    Worked for a month with occasionally connection issues then stopped working completely mid game out of nowhere. Wont reconnect. Believe its an issue with the dongle

    Don’t know why but after a short time these shorted out, somethings loose in the headset and the audio cuts in and out, only owned for a month or so and barely used them. Unfortunate

    Save your money. We had another headset for years and it was awesome. This one broke in less than a year. Same spot on both sides within minutes of each other.

    Very Good But Different Model

    I got these to replace the same model that I broke but this model has a BT dongle and the previous TB 700 I had did not have one, it just BT directly to other devices. No one wants to move a dongle.
