Wasn't worth getting the little nicer Turtle Beach

There was no sync button like it had in the picture so I used the usb connector. It takes what seems like forever to turn on and connect, half the time it turns back off. The volume dial doesn't work right. You have to either turn them up or down then turn the headset off and hope it comes back on with the proper volume. I bought 3 for Christmas presents and I'm worried they will do the same thing for the receivers.

No power right out of the box

Nothing…just dead right out of the box. Went to Turtle Beach’s support page. The recommended solution requires a USB port on a computer. I have MAC computers with none of the old USB ports that are needed. Taking those back in the morning and getting something that actually works.

Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

Cheap plastic
