    I had to keep going to settings on the xbox to get it to work every time i played once it did work it was fine There tech support was like they were reading from a script

    Good for 6 months, barely acceptable now.

    Worked good for 6 months and then.... Bluetooth never connects. Audio is choppy. I've restored, updated firmware, the whole 9. Going back to Astros. Wasted $$$ here.

    Second 700 headset I’ve owned in two yrs and this failed to power on after a week of getting this one. Tried several troubleshooting things to no avail. First one had the plastic give out and break on the ear cup after a year. Will be returning this tomorrow and exchanging for the newer TB headset.

    Three full months in & it won’t turn on, charge, or connect to a pc to even try to fix it. Product support is nonexistent & looking at reviews online, it seems this problem happens a bunch. Awful product

    Worst headset ever purchased..... ordered 1 was defective out of the box.... 2nd one was good for @ a day... do not recommend turtle beach they are garbage

    The Dongle breaks often just by remaining plugged in. You can find other reviews online on reddit and here. Stay away from this particular model and get the non max version or some Turtle Beach 600's

    Pretty average but solid headphones for the money nowadays. Work well and dont have any issues but not blown away with them by any means.
