    The headset was defective, there was no sound at all from the headphones. I updated the filmware and connected it to multiple devices and used the Turtlebeach Hub app but that did not help anything. Sadly, I ended up returning the item.

    Garbage. Wont pair and are unusable, Turtle beach website is also terrible. try to update and wont let you. Even the picture they use show a bluetooth button to pai and these dont even have that. JUNK

    I do not know why they went from straight bluetooth to console to having to use an adapter. I kept hitting the adapter & it would take me 10-15 minutes to get it to reconnect. I hate these headphones & took them back within a week.

    I had these for about 2 weeks and now they don’t even charge or turn on. I was very upset that this headset was expensive and it didn’t even last!

    Box it was shipped in was crushed and the volume button was not working. Wish I just bought the new one on sale. Now im just going to wait until they go on sale again.

    I thought I like the headset, but I've had 2 points of failure with the plastic. Unfortunately, there is only a 12 month warranty. They are 15 months old.

    Buy RIG dont waste your money on these

    Dont waste your money for a headache. Do yourself a favor and buy the RIG 900 and you'll thank me later. Turtlebeach used to be the best now they're trash atleast for the Xbox they are.

    These things are trash, I purchased less than a year ago (Jan 2023) and they will not connect to bluetooth or the provided dongle any longer. Even when they did connect, the sound would drop consistently. I would steer clear.

      We appreciate your feedback! Please know that we get very few complaints about sizing or comfort issues. Due to the wide variations in head sizes and shapes, it's not possible to design a one-size-fits-all headset that will fit absolutely 100% of all users. However, we consistently provide a comfortable fit for the overwhelming majority of our customers. Please bear in mind that your headset will break in over time, which should result in a better fit after you've used it for a while.

      In regard to your audio, our Support Team would be happy to assist you in getting your headset set up properly and work with you to ensure you're using the appropriate presets and don't have a situational feature like SuperHuman Hearing activated at all times, as that alters the sound of the headset drastically when turned on.

    Junk! Owned 3 pair all broke just above the ear cup near the swivel. All less then a year old. Will buy another brand from now on.

    It’s really bad. I bought it only for to be defective so I returned it and got a replacement only for it to have the exact same issues as my first one. Don’t buy this headset and save your money!

    I will no longer be purchasing any more Turtle Beach Headsets. They used to provide high-end excellent products, but three head sets in a row now, (totaling over$450) all have had numerous issues.

    I bought this as an open box item but it was missing the transmitter-bestbuy is refusing to do a return/exchange for it so im stuck with a headset that i can not use.
