Multiple multiple flaws... The worst thing is for me is the controller design. The triggers are curved and have no flat zone on the top where I pull down. I stead I'm pulling down right on top of the sharp corner. Its putting way too much stress on the middle joint in my trigger finger. Feels sprained after 1 hour of use. Also really dislike the placement of the select and start button. Have to adjust my entire hand up to reach each with my thumb, and while I can press select with my right thumb on your typical Xbox elite/standard controller, you really can't with this one. The Xbox and Android apps do not really work right now when trying to apply any changes you try to do. Like changing response curves. No apply changes button there and when you go to the next tab. Bye bye to whatever you tried to just do. ZERO notifications from apps on android it seems. They said updating firmware would make it work. But it's not. No idea if it works for iOS. If the controller design wasn't literally spraining my finger I would keep and wait for more updates. But to have the main features of the controller not work upon delivery or 2 weeks after release is a slap in the face. Other notes... -rgb is bright no matter what level unless turned off...but Rgb is also always on max brightness blue if adjusting settings in the controllers menu screen, even if it's turned off. -I am on a fully updated Google Pixel 7 Pro. Can't imagine it works on many, if any android devices currently if not on mine. -Controller is a bit top heavy with no real weight in the handles. -Mouseclick buttons have a lot more travel/deadzone for rb/lb and dpad than your standard Xbox controller.

I would give the controller itself between 4-5 stars. Feels solid in your hands, The software app was terrible. I expect more from a company like turle beach.. I returned my controller simply due the software app experience. If you dont care about the app and you just want to set it up once and forget about it i can recommend this controller.

Honestly thought it was going to be a good controller but it was not what it seemed. The app doesn't work right and if you have a bigger monitor the app just seems to now work at all. Would have loved this controller to be my last but I was wrong as it was not what I thought it was.

I have had multiple Xbox Elite (1st and 2nd gen) and have returned just about all of them multiple times. Was sick of the shoddy Microsoft quality and opted for this controller. So far zero complaints. The screen with on-board button assignments and 10 profiles is light years ahead of the Xbox “Elite” controller. The added cost is well worth it.

Excellent product, my daughter loves it and we don’t have to waist money on batteries every other day that makes it a Win, Win!

Coming from an Xbox elite controller I can definitely say this was worth the upgrade. I love this controller!

Controller feels excellent in your hands. Buttons are responsive, and feel great. Trigger stops are perfect! The command center is really cool, but can be finicky at times. Overall it’s a great way to make controller adjustments on the go. Charging station has a strong magnetic connection, and charge time is incredibly quick.

Decided to try something different over the elite2 this time around as I’ve had multiples of those. Worked great for about a week or so up until the A button started to feel wore out. Button began double clicking and or not registering at all. Battery life is not what it says even with all the fancy things turned off. Ended up returning it and getting the elite2 once again.

Absolutely love this controller so far. It is really nice to have a wireless controller that is cross compatible with different platforms and the screen is very convenient in switching between different player profiles. The hall effect thumbsticks and clicky buttons are a nice addition that allow for quick response times and executions. I think Turtle Beach nailed it innthe park with this controller and am satisfied with the new lineup of the stealth series controller and headset from Turtle Beach.

It is a very good complement for people who like video games.

Really wanted to fall in love with this controller.. but it has some iddues that will hopefully be sddressed when they make a newer model.. 1st is the sticks. While they are Hall sensors the sticks just seem too stiff and unlike the elite you cannot adjust..need a little less tension in my opinion at least by 25 percent.. also you cant swap out sticks and my control freaks have slipped off while playing ((in the middle of a gunfight might i add)) .. the second issue is the response time.... i just dont get the response time that i do on the elite or even the razor brands.. . The 3rd and dealbreaker for me is the triggers.. my right Trigger is completely broken.. i hardly any actuation and it goes from not responding to getting stuck.. this just wont cut it for a fps player.... imagine playing and out of nowhere your shooting trigger gets stuck leaving you pretty much helpless. the triggers as well as the back buttons have a cheap plastic feel which i could deal with but now the trigger does not work properly... if they fix these 3 major things this it would almost be a perfect controller... 1. Triggers..2 responsse time.....3 adjustable tension or less tension on the sticks.. gonna have to return and i will probably give the scuf envision a shot although i heard scufs are prone to stick drift. ...((sighs))

Controller is very light weight which leads to thoughts of low quality. But it's solid. Configuration has a learning curve on it. Some controls seem to conflict in game configs at times.

I collect pro controllers as a hobby and one of my favorites before this one was a razer controller. After buying this i can totally say the razer is going straight to the closet

The control works very except once in a while it will loose connection and have to reconnect it.

Battery life is really good! Love the way the controller feels in my hands, features are top notch! I would recommend it to others.

This is only for the upper echelon gamer. You can fully customize everything and have built in profiles to use across multiple gaming platforms.. even can Bluetooth to your phone and play games on your phone!

The onboard screen for setup is amazing and the option for different user profiles is perfect! Shockingly great controller!

A very cool looking controller a bit pricy but aside from that is a very good controller!
