My first one began to turn off and on, replaced it now the screen doesn't stay on. I have tired updating, factory resetting the controller and no luck. Fornthebprice of this thing you can get something way better.

My grandson really loves this device. It’s very easy to use and it makes game playing more enjoyable!

So my review is based upon a excellent Open box controller. I picked up and examined it noticed no issues look almost new. Got home and noticed it had a drift in the stick. Dont know if that cause of the product or if it was cause it was used. Return it and moved on

most durable pro controller yet. had 3 xbox elite controllers that all had bumper issues. took some time getting used to it with the screen but now a regular xbox remote is weird to me. would definitely recommend for someone looking for an elite controller

I got this controller in the hope it would replace my XBOX elite 2 wireless controller. This controller is very light weight which is great for game fatigue. When I first got it, it was amazing. The software is a little wonky but easy to get around. After a month of using it, I noticed that the buttons started to become unresponsive at times. I had to "slam" the buttons down to get it to read the button responses. I thought maybe it was a glitch in the hardware. After a reset, it started to work fine again. However, it started to recently do it again. I updated the firmware and now the right trigger button doesn't even work. It will not read the input as well as the now there is a delay in the input and the action on the XBOX. I tried to factory reset it and still having the same issue. Very disappointed especially after paying so much for this controller. Save your money until they get all the bugs worked out on this, or better yet, get the Elite 2 controller. Its still the BEST IMO.

Pretty good controller, the additional settings it has are great for fast customization. Overall, highly worth it.

Coming from a guy with 6 pro controllers, this is by far the best. So many options that you can do right from the controller. Now i dont have to back out of my game just to change the settings, i can just do them on the fly. Not to mention that i just looks wicked. The only bad thing i can say is the buttons click really loud.

im very happy with my turtle beach, is very easy to connect and the battery life is forever!! lol

Not as nice as i thought it would be. Very lightweight. No drift sticks are a strong selling point. App and customization features are very hit and miss, but a necessity to install in addition to fully use this product. Not worth the price in my opinion

It's ok. I play on PC and previously used the Envision Pro (which I'll be going back to), but as soon as I started using this controller, I was notably worse at FPS games. For having clicky buttons, they aren't very responsive. The ABXY and d-pad buttons are loose and feel like you need to press down more than you should have to. The grip also doesn't go all the way around the controller which would have felt a lot better. The trigger stops also don't feel fantastic. I will give it credit though for having hall effect thumbsticks which is a huge improvement over the Series 2 and the accessories are nice too. If you're on Xbox, this is a decent pro controller and a step up from the Series 2 just because you won't have to worry about stick drift. For PC though, save the money and go with the Scuf Envision Pro.

It is a great controller but it takes time to hook to my xbox when I turn it on the c9ntroller won't turn it on and won't work unless my xbox is on. I think it has to do with my usb hub but I'm not sure.

Was going to buy the xbox one but glad i got this one it's lighter and easy on holding it for long periods. The thumbsticks are amazing.

Pretty good controller. Only bad thing is it sometimes disconnects when not wired in.

It’s good but message display won’t work when I click it from the controller itself everything is law is excellent product.
