The mouse-style responsiveness of the buttons are excellent! I also love the command center screen to change buttons configurations on the fly. It can quickly switch from console to mobile device from a few button presses. The battery life and fast charging is also grea!

Controller feels solid and performs better than most elite style controllers. Only issue is the thumb sticks are extremely cheap and don’t feel like a premium style thumb stick like the Elite series 2 controllers have.

This controller is awesome, good response time with the buttons and the joy sticks.

On paper it’s amazing. It has good feel. It’s a little light. Turtle beach’s software is horrible. It’s a pain to make custom profiles. The turtle beach usb dongle you have to use for wireless play is horrible. The sticks and triggers are decent.

Absolutely shocked by the value. I was concerned about spending $200 on a controller given they typically don't last but this one feels amazing. It definitely feels much better than the classic controller.

Best pro controller out there hands down to the G.O.A.T. Great feel in hand, amazing feed back while playing and just the best paddle locations without being to sensitive or just in the way like most the other pro controllers out there. Plus just looks great with the display and lights!!

My grandson really loves this device. It’s very easy to use and it makes game playing more enjoyable!

For the 2 weeks it worked, it was everything i ever dreamed of. D pad stopped working, conveniently right after best buys awful 2 week return policy. Contacted turtle beach and they sent me a shipping label so good to know support is not far away. Its really nice, just hoping it was a lemon

I had high hope for this controller and it’s pretty good but there are some issues that I have with it. First, sometimes it will not connect to the dongle. Second, the battery life is nowhere near 30 hours. You will probably get 15 at best. Third, I’ve had some issues with the joysticks randomly inputting in a random direction while in the middle of gameplay. It’s not stick drift. It will just randomly input in a random direction for a second. It’s not a terrible controller, but it does need some work and it’s definitely not worth the price with all the issues that it has. 

I love this controller but it im on my second controller and i am experiencing different issues than the first. On both controllers I’ve experienced sticks that werent working properly. Not stick drift. My controller randomly disconnects multiple times during gaming sessions. My controller pulls away from the target on its own sometimes when i shoot. I do reallyy like all the features of this controller and when it doesnt give me the mentioned issues its a stellar controller

joys ticks are ok battery life is terrible definitly not 30hr the grips dont wrap around and just feel like plastic screen is cool and easy to lear app is also simple buttons are easy to map

Great controller but started glitching about a month and a half in. Should’ve purchased the insurance. Definitely will next time. Overall good controller while it worked.

One is The better controller I’ve had in a long time. I like the light feeling for once I’m use to heavier controllers. Not to mention the RGB?

Love the custom buttons and audio quality with a headset going through it, The pro aim mode custom button option is a game changer for me on FPS games. Unfortunately I can't seem to connect my pc up to it where the message features would work. Maybe they will update soon so maybe discord will connect?

Fast connect with no problems. Light to hold and fast to charge. No issues so far. Would recommend if looking for higher end controller. Still havent tested features when pluging a headset into it.
