When we received it, there were pieces missing and they couldn't "make it right."

As soon as I opened it I knew it was built well and that this adds that edge to any gamer. I have been more consistent with this controller than my go to xbox one. The extra paddles in the back and the grip on the sides really help since I am prone to sweaty hands. Controller feels nice and sturdy would buy this again for sure.

Bought it specifically for FPS games and so far like it more than my elite series 2. Trigger stops are good and was able to set my dead zones to 0 with no drift. Highly recommend!
