Played MW3 and Destiny 2 for about 45 mins. Then put it to charge in the dock and it said it was charging and everything. Came back 10 mins later and it was turned off. Now I can not gwt it turned back on. Not even connected to a Xbox or PC using the included USB cable. I can also see in the reviews that mine isnt the only controller this happened to. I have never had this happen yo any other controller I have ever purchased. I might just be returning in tomorrow for a full refund

There is a small hardware reset button on the underside of the controller, just below the mappable button labelled P3. Using a pin or paperclip, gently press this button to that it clicks. Then retry to the power on 2 second press of the Guide Button to see if that recovers the controller.

not durable

Had problems with it constantly disconnecting on pc. Finally got it to work accidentally dropped it basically broken immediately. Dropped xbox elite controller many times no damage at all. This controller is very hollow and light very breakable. I do like the settings and rgb light but the controller is not durable and low battery life.

Let down full of missed opportunities

I have the stealth pro headset which has horrible manual controls. I was hoping this top of the line controller would play well with their top of the line headset, unfortunatly it did not. Total missed opportunity. The stick started grinding a groove within 2 weeks. Was hoping for something better but it was a total gimmicky let down. Already returned it.

Would NOT recommend

It looks and feels premium, that’s where the good stops though. The first day I really enjoyed the maybe 10hour battery life so definitely not even close to 30. The second day it randomly disconnects from the Xbox. Once I reconnected it maybe lasted an hour before doing it again. Promptly returned and turtle beach is still just as bad as always.

Poor quality

Right trigger stopped working. Look online. Seems a lot of people have the same issue. Poor design on a part that gets used the most.

way to cheap feeling for the price

Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i bought this controller mainly for the hall effect sticks but after 2 months the sticks are not as responsive and one of the rumble motors has gone bad. the triggers started to not release fully and overall feels cheap the face buttons have a rattle and the haptics are very weak even when turned up i expect better for $200

Excellent controller with a lacking companion app

Jumping from Windows, to Xbox, to Android, connecting and re-connecting with no issue. It is the perfect controller for all around "nomad gaming." Easily the best 3rd party controller I've used, I actually prefer it to the authentic Xbox controllers. Great weight, buttons are tuned and have great feedback, looks amazing, and the level of on-the-fly customization gets me back to the game faster than constantly running back and forth to the app. The on-board screen is clean and very easy to navigate and read. And luckily, you can make all of your modifications on the controller rather than going through the buggy app. My favorite function is the ease of switching between devices. On standard controllers, you typically have to pair, then re-pair with some redundant button holds and presses. Here, you pair between devices, then in-screen, switch connections, and presto, you're connected. Jumping back and forth has been seamless. Now, the app on the other hand. Looks good at first, but then the bugs come out. Constant freezes and disconnects. Modifications don't save when applied through the app. Profiles randomly switch. On and on. I have had more negative interactions than positive. As mentioned above, being that you can customize directly through the controller, I'll be bypassing until the kinks get worked out. Love the controller. Definitely my favorite, but that app needs some solid TLC to complete the package.

Cheap plastic trash!

No weight to it, extremely poor fit and Finnish. Buggy and the dpad is actually a cheap plastic that looks like metal! This is a $80 controller at best , very cheap quality

Such a pain to get it to just properly function. And its so inconsistent. Sometimes itll pair and work properly. Other times your sitting forever while it never connects. For the amount of money you spend for the controller, its not worth it. Let alone the inconsistencies with the apps.

Constantly dropping signal with a full battery. The battery only lasts 3 to 4 hours. Maybe i just got a defective one, but it will be returned asap terrble !!!!!! Lower buttons are not well placed "Elite controller is way better". The menu button is in a bad location, to press it you need to go OVER the left thumbstick. (Gets in the way). NOT a good controller at all. I DO NOT recommend. Stick with the Xbox Elite.

The thing is that the joysticks didn’t feel right. Might of just been me but as soon as I switched to this controller my aim on every game i played was way off. Had it for 2 weeks and I still couldn’t break a 1.5 K/D then switched back to my old remote and everything clicked again. Might be the new magnetic anti stick drift sticks or me being dumb but that was the only problem besides the hefty price tag.
