This Controller has many issues with it while using the game the control it goes in and out of connection so when I'm playing it's stop working have to get up and reset the control it happens all the time so I return it plus it was to light and too small for hands . I have big hands the adjustments on the triggers and the movement of the sticks are ok has no grip and easy for it to slip plus I was getting hand cramps while playing. Let's get to some of the good parts Love the way the colors look when playing some of the features are ok but overall I wouldn't recommend it it's just too many things disconnecting other controller is the main function that goes bad on it moving around there is no stick drift which is a good thing, but I'd rather have drill stick and my controller be connected and not be connected and not have joystick if that makes sense. Was cool at first, back button aren't in the most natural spot but ok we got an antidrift stick controller ......................Maybe if they WORKED. Annoying but you get used to calibrating a few times a week but then after close to 3 months, calibration only picks up maybe half the actual stick movement. Want to talk about stick drift? How about when your controller only thinks the stick is slam locked in one direction and doesn't read any other input. Must be great if your trying to only get them 360 snipes. Oh and lets metion customer service. Turtle Beach doesn't have a live chat or call center. You have the priveldge to fill out a form that say they will contact you back in 2-3 days. First off, 2-3 days for an issue I paid $200 and more than your competitors to wait for you to help me when I want to play now? But don't worry, they won't contact you. Read other forums about the same issue about customer service where they never reach back out to the customer. If it wasn't a well known company, I would think this was a scam. NEVER BUY TURTLE BEACH PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN. If anyone I know does so, I will disown them. Once a decent product company 10 years ago is GARBAGE. Hate to give 1 star, wish I could give negative.

Great controller! Love the feeling of it and the paddles on the back. It took a few games to get used to the controller but after a few games I was playing like normal. Love how you can change the colors in the controller and the different settings of the triggers. Love how they added different joystick covers as well! I highly recommend getting this controller. I was unsure about purchasing it myself but glad I spent the money on it.

Great controller, super fast in terms of latency and you can feel it compared to a standard controller, even wireless you feel no input lag. Problem is that it disconnects and only way to reset the controller is bypoking it to a hard reset with a needle. Sometimes it will spaz out by the thumbstick beings stuck going up in menus. The notification is a total gimick that doesnt even work properly and only works if you have the app open on your phone which is pointless

Had to his the small reset buttom after 3 hrs of gaming due to the controller no longer responding . The usb stick broke within 2 weeks. Still plays wired but just not the point of a 150 dollar controller.

Compaired to any other controller ive used this one feels the best Its light has hall effect thumb sticks and mouse click buttons The ability to change profiles and button layout and also get social notifications on controller are a bonus the bigest is the amount of mapping you can do is limitless as well

I don’t even know where to start, the controller is fantastic, has some of the best tactile feeling buttons and D-Pad I’ve ever used but the battery life is abysmal, I usually get about a 3 hour gaming session in and the past two nights I’ve started at 100% and ended at 45% and tonight at 39%. It is actually criminal that they are even claiming this controller is capable of 30 Hours of battery life. I have the screen disabled and the App Link/Notification feature turned off. There is no reason that the controller battery should only last 6-7 Hours. Even past that, the Turtle Beach Windows software is absolutely atrocious, probably one of biggest frustrations of this controller trying to update and change settings. I’m not going to comment on the carrying case or the silicone thumb caps it comes in, they just feel cheap. I had such high hopes for this controller and it feels SO great and super light but the fact that I’m already getting about 1/6th of the advertised battery rate I don’t even want to think about how bad the battery is going to be after getting a couple hundred cycles into it.

First out the box this controller is nice but a couple things i noticed have made me decide to go in a different direction. First the option for connecting the controller to your messages works kinda. It would connect to my phone and display my messages but i would have to reconnect it everytime i started playing again or it wouldnt work. Second there was noticeable lag in FPS and sports games. Really all i play. Very annoying. Now i have owned this controller for just over 2 months and in the middle of a game the Y bitton just quit working. Its just dead. Doesnt even have the click sound anymore. In the process of a warranty claim with turtle beach.

Great controller but it's fails on an important level. This is a premium competitive controller. Standards dictate it should have at minimum option swappable thumb sticks. Due to it's lack of option this controller is not usable for me in it's current state. Hopefully the version 2.0 fixes this issue. hands down feels better then the Elite 2. Highly recommend this bad boy.

Very good control I love it, it looks and feels amazing. Decent battery life, for casual players like myself it’s plenty can play for hours on end with one charge.. it’s a beautiful control and extremely easy to use.. you can customize literally everything from the screen or get even more customization from the app which is very user friendly. 10-10

usually play for 3 hours each day. it has about 30% battery each night when Im done.

I feel as if the battery doesn’t last as long as they say. I only play a couple nights a week and have to charge it almost every night because it’s almost dead. The connectivity to my Xbox was pretty easy to set up. I have not tried to connect it to my phone yet.

Great controller, mouse click buttons are real nice, wish the triggers was mouse click as well but they are not. The back buttons are great and do not get in the way. After about 4 firmware updates this controller became my favorite by far. Seems like all the bugs are worked out. App on the xbox works great, the phone app is trash though

For me this is the best pro controller for the Xbox hands down I tried every controller they have for the Xbox and this one just feels right for me they keep my hands dry I really like how fast and easy you can customize on the controller I would buy this over and over again

This controller is great, when it works. During single player use, I usually encounter no problems. If I play multiplayer, I cannot use this controller. It doesn’t register half of the buttons or triggers. It’s fully updated. I can only assume it’s interference over wireless. Until they iron this problem out, I can’t even begin to recommend purchasing it.the customization is nice, you can calibrate it with an app. You can’t even set battery modes with the lighting to get some extra any time. But wait for the next generation, or buy an Xbox Elite. Or, plan to play single player to ensure the controller actually works.

Would love to say this is a great controller but it has a number of issues. Occasionally the sticks freezes and you get stuck in a single direction. Although it will quickly correct itself it should not be lagging at this price point. The pairing was a complete pain and Occasionally it will lose its connection and you have to turn it off and on to reconnect. I had an issue for a couple days where i would have to turn my console on separately from my controller. And lastly i was mid game and my controller turned itself off and i had to grab my backup to get back in the game and figure out what was happenimg after my game was over. Needless to say i have had a few problems. I wish i could rate this higher but in all honesty i feel like turtle beach thinks that putting a bunch of cool lights on an elite controller body with a display screen would make up for a sub par controller

Great controller almost perfect if it weren’t for the random disconnects. Even with a full battery and firmware updates to the latest and greatest I still get the random disconnects. Expect a lot of random deaths and losses with this one
