best controller ever, easy to set up and use, the lights are bright, and very cool features

I like the paddle locations, the controller is pretty easy to set up and customize works well even after years of owning it.

This controller is an improvement over the vanilla Xbox controller in every way. The micro switch buttons feel great. The command center display lets you change settings without having to use the currently bare bones software. Also the Hall effect sticks mean no drifting. Also there’s cool RGB effects. My only concerns are durability and lack of modular sticks.

Was cool at first, back button aren't in the most natural spot but ok we got an antidrift stick controller ......................Maybe if they WORKED. Annoying but you get used to calibrating a few times a week but then after close to 3 months, calibration only picks up maybe half the actual stick movement. Want to talk about stick drift? How about when your controller only thinks the stick is slam locked in one direction and doesn't read any other input. Must be great if your trying to only get them 360 snipes. Oh and lets metion customer service. Turtle Beach doesn't have a live chat or call center. You have the priveldge to fill out a form that say they will contact you back in 2-3 days. First off, 2-3 days for an issue I paid $200 and more than your competitors to wait for you to help me when I want to play now? But don't worry, they won't contact you. Read other forums about the same issue about customer service where they never reach back out to the customer. If it wasn't a well known company, I would think this was a scam. NEVER BUY TURTLE BEACH PRODUCTS EVER AGAIN. If anyone I know does so, I will disown them. Once a decent product company 10 years ago is GARBAGE. Hate to give 1 star, wish I could give negative.

This controller has been amazing. In regards to the “cheap feel”, it honestly feels like a regular pro controller and or scuf. The elite controllers feel like tanks but that doesn’t make it “better”. Software might be a bit glitchy but once you get your controller set it works great. Personally i think its the best xbox controller available currently

I wanted to like this controller. After two year of owning, and requiring a replacement less than a year in, it's time to move on. Initially, I was pleased with the controller, and the precision of the hall effect sticks, they were the sole reason for upgrading (well that and getting away from the two Microsoft Elite Controllers that were plagued with issues). It didn't take long to notice an issue with the trigger stops. When engaged, if you apply pressure to the triggers just right, they will not register a click. With the trigger stops disengaged, the issue isn't there. But what good are trigger stops for short trigger pull if they don't work when needed? I sent the controller back to Turtle Beach just a few months in, and they quickly sent me a replacement. Fast forward and I'm still having issues with the trigger stops and presses not registering on the replacement controller. The fix was disabling the stops and using a full trigger pull, which isn't ideal when playing shooter games. The current issue I have now, is the adhesive on the left rubber grip started coming lose. It started around the edges, and the. I noticed the clear plastic between the rubber grip and the black body started to break (where the led shines through), mainly the thin parts towards the top of the rubber grip. The grip finally came off yesterday. These "premium" controllers have all kinds of features, but they are just not built to last. With a $200 price tag, it would be nice to have a controller last longer than a year or two.

Great controller! Love the feeling of it and the paddles on the back. It took a few games to get used to the controller but after a few games I was playing like normal. Love how you can change the colors in the controller and the different settings of the triggers. Love how they added different joystick covers as well! I highly recommend getting this controller. I was unsure about purchasing it myself but glad I spent the money on it.

I bought it as a birthday gift to My son. He loved it the fact that he was able to see phone calls on his controller and the colors. He absolutely loved it, but the fact that I have to a few days was not charging correctly. I had to return it and was afraid to get the same brand because of that reason overall cute remote

Compaired to any other controller ive used this one feels the best Its light has hall effect thumb sticks and mouse click buttons The ability to change profiles and button layout and also get social notifications on controller are a bonus the bigest is the amount of mapping you can do is limitless as well

Great controller, super fast in terms of latency and you can feel it compared to a standard controller, even wireless you feel no input lag. Problem is that it disconnects and only way to reset the controller is bypoking it to a hard reset with a needle. Sometimes it will spaz out by the thumbstick beings stuck going up in menus. The notification is a total gimick that doesnt even work properly and only works if you have the app open on your phone which is pointless

I have owned now 4 of these controllers every single one of them has had a issue be stick drift connectivity options something I will no longer buy them as it’s been a waste of money either I’m getting unlucky or something but love the controller not worth the problems

First out the box this controller is nice but a couple things i noticed have made me decide to go in a different direction. First the option for connecting the controller to your messages works kinda. It would connect to my phone and display my messages but i would have to reconnect it everytime i started playing again or it wouldnt work. Second there was noticeable lag in FPS and sports games. Really all i play. Very annoying. Now i have owned this controller for just over 2 months and in the middle of a game the Y bitton just quit working. Its just dead. Doesnt even have the click sound anymore. In the process of a warranty claim with turtle beach.

Did enjoy this controller a lot however I’ve had this same controller twice now and each time the top buttons would cave into the device. No aggressive playing just normal game playing and happened both times I purchased the product. Loved the options it had but defiantly has a product defect.

Great controller but it's fails on an important level. This is a premium competitive controller. Standards dictate it should have at minimum option swappable thumb sticks. Due to it's lack of option this controller is not usable for me in it's current state. Hopefully the version 2.0 fixes this issue. hands down feels better then the Elite 2. Highly recommend this bad boy.

I don’t even know where to start, the controller is fantastic, has some of the best tactile feeling buttons and D-Pad I’ve ever used but the battery life is abysmal, I usually get about a 3 hour gaming session in and the past two nights I’ve started at 100% and ended at 45% and tonight at 39%. It is actually criminal that they are even claiming this controller is capable of 30 Hours of battery life. I have the screen disabled and the App Link/Notification feature turned off. There is no reason that the controller battery should only last 6-7 Hours. Even past that, the Turtle Beach Windows software is absolutely atrocious, probably one of biggest frustrations of this controller trying to update and change settings. I’m not going to comment on the carrying case or the silicone thumb caps it comes in, they just feel cheap. I had such high hopes for this controller and it feels SO great and super light but the fact that I’m already getting about 1/6th of the advertised battery rate I don’t even want to think about how bad the battery is going to be after getting a couple hundred cycles into it.

Very good control I love it, it looks and feels amazing. Decent battery life, for casual players like myself it’s plenty can play for hours on end with one charge.. it’s a beautiful control and extremely easy to use.. you can customize literally everything from the screen or get even more customization from the app which is very user friendly. 10-10

I use this everyday. Perfect for on the go games and laptop games. Only issue is that sometimes just doesn’t connect or turn on for a few hours.

The controller looks good and feels good but it gets disconnected frome my console in the middle of the match.

Works great only issue i have with it is i wish battery life was longer
