There is a know and documented problem with the mouse click right trigger that causes it to break. Turtle beach has no remedy beyond the one year mark other than to buy a new one (my was a year and two months old when it happened). They literally continue to sell with this known issue and don’t care. Just be aware and like I said do a google search of this issue. Buyer be warned!

Stopped working

Returned and ordered a new one. Will update after new one gets here and I use it for a while.

Was nice at 1st but constantly disconnecting and having to restart setup over and over and over.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Honestly i remeber i bought this with insurance an they deleted like the spiteful cry babys they are best buy dont buy from them they sell defective merchandise again they prooved me right only a couple months the controller is acting odd wouldnt reset wouldnt pair nothing no firmware update and the stores excuse i dont know not my specialty just wow worst customer service worst products in the world lights just flashed until i fixed it but hey tomorrow it may never work again go figure its bestbuy should be called worstbuy. They are as bad as gamestop just buy your products directly from the company save your money time an effort they dont even keep things on file for more than a year its pathetic.

I like how the grip, triggers, and back paddles (buttons) felt. . . Now for the BRUTAL HONEST CONS... RIGHT AWAY, the sticks seem to have a delayed response that's very significant. I downloaded the firmware, and nothing happened. Also, as i tried to get used to the controller, it seemed the sticks also didn't respond to micro movements of moving the sticks, trying to stick with a moving target in an FPS. I tried to mess or adjust all the deadzones, calibrations, etc. Nothing seemed to feel right about the delay in the sticks. NOW for the "ANTI" drift sticks. It's absolutely drifting on my left stick on day 3. My character in a fps slightly walks back on its own... I'll be returning today. And attempting yet another controller. (I own the elite series 2) and the turtle recon(wired) ..

Best buy return / exchange policy is 15 days. Just a paperweight now. Design is good. Might have got the lemon of the bunch.
