It’s a good controller but at the price point, the elite series 2 would still out perform. Its plastic feels a bit cheap and the way the controller must be held is a learning curve. No swappable joystick options suck but that’s what kontrol freaks are here for I guess. The customization on the app is actually pretty nice. Mouse click buttons also feels nice. D-pad could take some getting used too. I’ve been swapping out this controller and the elite series 2 for the past couple months and the elite really does shine the brightest. For $200+ it’s weird how some of the features that are notable for premium controllers are just not there. But based on the games I play, it does feel nice to run zero dead zone and have the most reactive response when using this controller. In my opinion, this should be priced around $120-150. It’s features are good but it definitely is missing some things

Great controller thus far been using elite controllers for 2 year and gone through 3 with stick drift hoping it hold up, feels great would like more weight and maybe some metal parts like the elite, was fairly easy to set up using a pc.

Best controller I have had in a long time. I have an elite 1 and 2 and they both have stick drift. This one has not been an issue, even with everyone complaining about the grinding of the left stick from the antifriction ring. When I felt it start to grind I would clean it with a cloth and it would be fine. Even now I havent had to clean it as often as the initial coating has worn off and the controller is great. The only issue is the software on the pc as it has some quirks of not saving and you are better off changing the settings in the controller itself. Would recommend and just say get a cloth to clean the sticks every so often.

This isn't a bad controller, but at this price point it's not worth it. (For a PC user) 1. This is very light, lighter than even a basic Xbox controller (majority thin plastic) some might like this, but it feels like one drop from your couch is going to break it. 2. The RGB doesn't sync with anything, not even signalrgb. ( My PS5 controller even sync's its RGB full color range) The RGB also isn't deep or rich and just doesn't really look good. Again, PC has options here while Xbox users probably don't have as many. 3. Experienced lag between pressing buttons and response in game. (this was more annoying because of the price point of this controller) 4. This was constantly turning off, even after setting it up to not do that. I didn't use the enhanced, as I usually play using my PC through my receiver with Atmos surround sound, so this was going to be a rare if ever used feature for me. For this price point, you can have a custom controller made how you want with better quality parts, better RGB, better and more mapping options, and better looking than this. I liked the screen and thought the RGB would be better ( main reason I got this) But the performance, bad looking RGB and cheap feel of this controller at this price point makes it not worth it. ( for me on PC) I will just order a custom-made controller. This might be a good option for Xbox users as a lot of these features aren't as easily replaced for a console as they are for a PC, but if you're looking for higher quality parts, better aesthetics and better functionality a custom-built controller is going to be way better than this and seeing as this is the same price point might as well get something custom. Maybe the sound enhancements, if you're using a headset constantly and the social app connecting gimmick makes this appealing to some, but again this will be an Xbox enhancement as there are better options for these on PC.

This is the best controller I've ever owned. I have owned several traditional, both xbox elites, and a scuf instinct pro, this beats them effortlessly. Very tactile. The rear rocker buttons, and all the buttons for that matter, feel and sound like clicking a mouse. The sticks are smooth and have no delay. Losts of adjustment can be made on the conteoller itself via the built in display. I will admit, it is a bit annoying to have to connect the dock to the xbox, in order to use it wireless (it doesn’t connect to the xbox directly). But the input delay is also better than other conteollers due to this. I also cannot speak to durability yet.

The controller works great and performs exactly as expected during gameplay. However, I’ve noticed an issue with the left side handle - the adhesive seems to be failing, causing the rubber to lift. I take excellent care of my devices, and this problem definitely didn’t result from dropping it or misuse. It’s disappointing that such a small design flaw takes away from an otherwise solid product.

Multiple multiple flaws... The worst thing is for me is the controller design. The triggers are curved and have no flat zone on the top where I pull down. I stead I'm pulling down right on top of the sharp corner. Its putting way too much stress on the middle joint in my trigger finger. Feels sprained after 1 hour of use. Also really dislike the placement of the select and start button. Have to adjust my entire hand up to reach each with my thumb, and while I can press select with my right thumb on your typical Xbox elite/standard controller, you really can't with this one. The Xbox and Android apps do not really work right now when trying to apply any changes you try to do. Like changing response curves. No apply changes button there and when you go to the next tab. Bye bye to whatever you tried to just do. ZERO notifications from apps on android it seems. They said updating firmware would make it work. But it's not. No idea if it works for iOS. If the controller design wasn't literally spraining my finger I would keep and wait for more updates. But to have the main features of the controller not work upon delivery or 2 weeks after release is a slap in the face. Other notes... -rgb is bright no matter what level unless turned off...but Rgb is also always on max brightness blue if adjusting settings in the controllers menu screen, even if it's turned off. -I am on a fully updated Google Pixel 7 Pro. Can't imagine it works on many, if any android devices currently if not on mine. -Controller is a bit top heavy with no real weight in the handles. -Mouseclick buttons have a lot more travel/deadzone for rb/lb and dpad than your standard Xbox controller.

usually play for 3 hours each day. it has about 30% battery each night when Im done.

Controller feels excellent in your hands. Buttons are responsive, and feel great. Trigger stops are perfect! The command center is really cool, but can be finicky at times. Overall it’s a great way to make controller adjustments on the go. Charging station has a strong magnetic connection, and charge time is incredibly quick.

I love this controller. It’s by far one of the best one’s I’ve had for my Xbox. The only thing about it I don’t like is the fact that it won’t connect wirelessly sometimes or it will take forever to connect. But other than that, I love it. Turtle Beach has never disappointed when it came to their products.

Had to his the small reset buttom after 3 hrs of gaming due to the controller no longer responding . The usb stick broke within 2 weeks. Still plays wired but just not the point of a 150 dollar controller.

Awesome controller. Really nice response times with gaming, love the fact its multi-platform capable. Battery lasted a long time, and the customizeable settings are uncomparable to other controllers at the same price point. Would def buy again or as a gift for someone who is an avid gamer, whether on PC, mobile, Xbox, or PS

I think it’s great ! Screen is so cute !! The way you can customize it for your liking is great ! But I do have a hard time connecting it to my Xbox !

I feel as if the battery doesn’t last as long as they say. I only play a couple nights a week and have to charge it almost every night because it’s almost dead. The connectivity to my Xbox was pretty easy to set up. I have not tried to connect it to my phone yet.

This controller is an improvement over the vanilla Xbox controller in every way. The micro switch buttons feel great. The command center display lets you change settings without having to use the currently bare bones software. Also the Hall effect sticks mean no drifting. Also there’s cool RGB effects. My only concerns are durability and lack of modular sticks.

Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend. He loved it. he has had it for a year but one of the buttons stopped working. he plays his games every night before bed. not sure if this controller was good for everyday use but for the price it dang sure should have been.

Other than occasionally disconnecting (which can mostly be fixed my turning the controller off then back on) its work perfectly fine. However it is a bit expensive.

Battery could be better. The design is good. Battery charges fast and never died it just goes down a little faster than I would like

This controller has been amazing. In regards to the “cheap feel”, it honestly feels like a regular pro controller and or scuf. The elite controllers feel like tanks but that doesn’t make it “better”. Software might be a bit glitchy but once you get your controller set it works great. Personally i think its the best xbox controller available currently
