When we received it, there were pieces missing and they couldn't "make it right."

As soon as I opened it I knew it was built well and that this adds that edge to any gamer. I have been more consistent with this controller than my go to xbox one. The extra paddles in the back and the grip on the sides really help since I am prone to sweaty hands. Controller feels nice and sturdy would buy this again for sure.
