Great product, still got a few bugs other than that it's excellent.

In 3 months, 2 controllers have broken. What a waste of money. The short throw switch makes it so that automatic weapons only fires when the trigger is pressed and then released, just holding the trigger does not work. The second controller had the same issue develop, then the trigger just died completely. This could have been a great controller if the basic construction had not been sh1t3.

I purchased 1 controller and had to return after 4 months. The triggers went bad, so I hoped that its eas a missed quality issue. After, 2 months went by. I again had issues with the triggers. I initially loved the controller. Also, both controllers would never sink up properly to the app. I could download software, but not change rgb colors on the app. Only through the controller.

Doesn't stay connected like the old one the lights and colors dont let u pick with color. Without it only giving u blue,light blue or factory colors. And the app and controller wont connect as well.

The controller is probably the best iv owned and has thus far operated and performed flawlessly

Cool Idea. Horrible execution. The controller doesn’t wirelessly power on your system. The notification system is bare bones. The back buttons are a joke, the sides of the controller are slick. The only good thing I can say is the Hall effect thumbsticks were excellent. But it wasn’t near enough to make up for his horrible the controller is over all. I returned it, got an Elite 2 controller, and got $20 back.

Excellent controller! It has a better response wireless than my Elite 2 when it's wired in.

Best gaming control I have used. Battery life could be better.

There's a lot to like about this controller. The anti-drift Hall Effect joysticks perform very nicely and should last a long time. The buttons, while I don't particularly like the "clicky" sound they make, are responsive and feel good to the touch - they don't feel squishy or get stuck. The extra included thumbstick caps are a very nice addition to this controller. I'm also a fan of how versatile this controller is - without even having to adjust any settings, I can switch between a wired connection to my laptop and using the dock and adapter to connect to my Xbox; and with a few settings in the menu I can swap it over to my phone. Having so many configurable profiles is handy for different games as well. While at first glance, having a screen built in seems like a stupid gimmick, it's actually pretty handy for configuring settings without having to memorize a bunch of key combinations or blink patterns; and I'm also a big fan of having a battery meter right there on the display. It also makes it easier to configure your headphones, if you tend to use wired headsets through your controller. The RGB is also pretty nice - it doesn't have the "cheap" look some other controllers lighting tends to have. The included case is nice as well - I like being able to transport my controller without worrying about the wires or accessories getting lost or tangled up with things. It's also been really good about maintaining a reliable connection without any dropouts or random shutdowns. Finally, it's just nice to the touch - the body has a pleasant texture to it, and it doesn't feel super plasticky or rubbery. My biggest complaint about this controller would be the software, honestly. The Turtle Beach control app doesn't scale properly on some displays where the scaling is set to over 100%, so I couldn't see all of the options in the app on my laptop. That's unfortunate, since there were a lot of options. Additionally, while the controller is supposed to be able to receive notifications from mobile devices, I wasn't able to get it to work with my iPhone. I also don't think I saw any options to make the RGB work with other software. That being said, since these are the only issues I have with the controller, I'd say this is a really solid product. I have no issues with any of the hardware, just some parts of the software. Aside from the fact that the controller works great even without any of this extra configuration, it's all easily fixable with some software updates from Turtle Beach. Despite looking like a silly gimmick controller at first impression, I think Turtle Beach actually built a good piece of hardware that has some real value to it. While this is maybe more than your casual gamer would need, I think this is perfect for serious gamers and would highly recommend it.
