    I've tried 3 of these. 2 had the extremely rough "speed" ring issue on the left stick. Gives a grinding feeling as you move the stick side to side while pushing forward. The other had HUGE pretravel on the dpad, to the point where it felt like 2 clicks; the pretravel metting the switch, then the switch actuating. These are the biggest isses I ran into but there are more, smaller qc issues. At this peice, the QC issues are unacceptable.

    OMG this is controller is trash can juice!!!! Won't connect to my pc and turns off by itself while trying to figure stuff out. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! go with a scuff

    Had high hopes for this controller but the left trigger started sticking. Keeping it for a souvenir, can't be used for competitive playing. I love the way it sits in hand too, a bit of a bummer.

    This controller is ok, thats it. Its too light in the hand and its features are a bit wonky when used. Thr xbox elite is far better in use and in feel. Buy the xbox elite instead of this

    Out of the box it was fine. Played MW3 and Destiny 2 for about 45 mins. Then put it to charge in the dock and it said it was charging and everything. Came back 10 mins later and it was turned off. Now I can not gwt it turned back on. Not even connected to a Xbox or PC using the included USB cable. I can also see in the reviews that mine isnt the only controller this happened to. I have never had this happen yo any other controller I have ever purchased. I might just be returning in tomorrow for a full refund

      There is a small hardware reset button on the underside of the controller, just below the mappable button labelled P3. Using a pin or paperclip, gently press this button to that it clicks. Then retry to the power on 2 second press of the Guide Button to see if that recovers the controller.

    The the controller is not very durable. Had problems with it constantly disconnecting on pc. Finally got it to work accidentally dropped it basically broken immediately. Dropped xbox elite controller many times no damage at all. This controller is very hollow and light very breakable. I do like the settings and rgb light but the controller is not durable and low battery life.
