I think the silver stainless steel case is better looking depending on your taste. The black case made the watch look like an inexpensive. plastic watch. Watch itself is great!

I bought it as a Fathers' Day gift for my husband. This new toy has revolutionized his fitness life and he just absolutely loves it. He loves the brief texting capabilities; the navigational assistance; the small photo gallery capability... He's still exploring, but loves all of the features he has discovered, including its use for power point presentations.

It was pretty cool at first but once the "coolness" wore off you are left with something that tries to replace your phone. My wife couldn't justify keeping it and we returned it. Definitely excited for future generations to come.

I was initially reluctant to get an Apple Watch. Considered it a money grabbing gimmick. But I have to say the Apple Watch believer out of me!

The Apple Watch is a great "novelty" device to have on your wrist. I call it a novelty because it isn't something that you just can't live without. It isn't something that I, at the end of a day, think 'how did I ever make it through a day without this watch?'. It just doesn't fit into that category, like a smart phone, or maybe a microwave. Don't get me wrong: this watch performs in all sorts of neat ways. It does everything it says it can do, and without flaw. I debated for quite some time whether or not I would purchase the watch, because the price was well above my comfort level for the added benefit it would bring. I didn't want the Apple Sport Watch because I didn't want to deal with a scratched watch face. I wanted the Milanese loop, because I have some skin issues with a rubber banded watch. I was concerned about the way the Milanese band fastened around the wrist, but now, having used it for several weeks, I can assure you it will stay put with no concern of it falling off or getting lost. But I couldn't "stomach" the price. Eventually Best Buy knocked $200 off the price, and I had some reward points, and for some reason, that was enough for me to bite the bullet and purchase the watch. Would I recommend it to a friend? I am going to answer yes, as the product holds up to its name and delivers everything as promised. But I think it is overpriced..... and that is the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars. If spending $700 on a watch doesn't bother you, then you will absolutely love this watch.

I really like how you can mirror your watch to your phone. It's really nice to be able to see and respond to emails and texts from the watch.

Absolutely amazing with what it can do as small and compact as it is

I love that watch and its functionality. Holds about 1 1/2 days charge unless I'm running and the heartbeat monitor is used. Works great for apps and messaging. Needs more watch faces and to open up the OS more to developers

I bought this to replace a dead Fitbit just two weeks before launch of Series 2. Got it for $250 off so thought it was worth it. Very impressed with all the features. Have bought lots of different bands and really like the different looks. I wear it for 16-18 hours a day with no battery issues. The way it works with maps is pretty impressive.
