The Apple Watch is a great "novelty" device to have on your wrist. I call it a novelty because it isn't something that you just can't live without. It isn't something that I, at the end of a day, think 'how did I ever make it through a day without this watch?'. It just doesn't fit into that category, like a smart phone, or maybe a microwave. Don't get me wrong: this watch performs in all sorts of neat ways. It does everything it says it can do, and without flaw. I debated for quite some time whether or not I would purchase the watch, because the price was well above my comfort level for the added benefit it would bring. I didn't want the Apple Sport Watch because I didn't want to deal with a scratched watch face. I wanted the Milanese loop, because I have some skin issues with a rubber banded watch. I was concerned about the way the Milanese band fastened around the wrist, but now, having used it for several weeks, I can assure you it will stay put with no concern of it falling off or getting lost. But I couldn't "stomach" the price. Eventually Best Buy knocked $200 off the price, and I had some reward points, and for some reason, that was enough for me to bite the bullet and purchase the watch. Would I recommend it to a friend? I am going to answer yes, as the product holds up to its name and delivers everything as promised. But I think it is overpriced..... and that is the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars. If spending $700 on a watch doesn't bother you, then you will absolutely love this watch.

I got this as a bday gift for my husband. He loved it ! He is thrilled about all the features it has. I am thinking of getting one for me soon !

I really like how you can mirror your watch to your phone. It's really nice to be able to see and respond to emails and texts from the watch.

I love that watch and its functionality. Holds about 1 1/2 days charge unless I'm running and the heartbeat monitor is used. Works great for apps and messaging. Needs more watch faces and to open up the OS more to developers

I bought this to replace a dead Fitbit just two weeks before launch of Series 2. Got it for $250 off so thought it was worth it. Very impressed with all the features. Have bought lots of different bands and really like the different looks. I wear it for 16-18 hours a day with no battery issues. The way it works with maps is pretty impressive.

It's cool. Should of waited for generation2 though. Always gets better. But if your impatient like me. This is the best watch on the market

My honey and I both got one and love it but they don't stay charged long like I have to charge everyday which means I forget it quite often

was really leery on purchasing the watch for battery life. thought i would have to charge during the day but i was wrong, at the most and this happened only one so far it was down to about 35% battery life but only after a full days and into the night ( 6am-10pm) of use. the feature that work with my IPhone is great not looking at my phone as often now,

I like looking at text messages and emails at the twist of a wrist. Also, great looking at elapsed time and calories burned when cycling.

Wasn't sure if I'd really use the watch but after I got it i'm thrilled! I can see who's texting, answer calls and a load of other things.

Bought it for my husband for his birthday last month, now he does wear his movado watch anymore.

Fun gadget. A little pricy with a cheap rubber band. For the price, a better quality band would have been nice. Honestly, I am still learning all this will do. Would be nice if it did blood pressure and body temperature.

I use the watch every single day,it has become as much a part of my everyday routine as my phone.
