Customers are saying

Customers recognize the Open SKU's ease of use, fitness tracking capabilities, and its range of features as significant strengths. Many appreciate the design, size, and color options, along with its compatibility and notification system. However, some users point to battery life as a significant drawback. The watch is useless if it isn't within a close range of your phone. The fitness tracking is terrible. Fitbit has them beat by a lot.

Not the best activity tracker. I personally did not find the Apple Sport to be user friendly while running and looking for updates.

I didn't care for the watch. It wasn't what I thought it should be. The quility was good and it was easy to sync to my I Phone.

I've had this watch one week and I love it!!! I was looking for something to help track my activity which was multi-verstile. While this watch was a no-brainer, there were other activity trackers I contemplated for several months. Apple watch has many more features in comparison to others I was looking at, several features which I (happily) stumbled upon after my purchase. The only (possible) downside may be the battery life depending on your activity level, but this hasn't been an issue for me.

    Very practical smartwatch

This is a great watch. It has a very sleek design and is very comfortable. In my opinion this is the best smartwatch on the market. You are in control of how many notifications you receive. The more I wear it the more intuitive it seems to be. I'm so glad I purchased this watch and it was on sale. I've used other smart watches and I did not like them because they really got on my nerves with all the unnecessary interruptions. I feel like the Apple Watch is very helpful with my daily schedule.

    Love my Apple Watch!

I did a ton of research before purchasing my Apple Watch. I was uncertain if I wanted to spend $350 on something that I didn't really need, knowing that a newer model is more than likely going to be released in a few months. However, the decision became a lot easier when Best Buy dropped the price to $250 for the Sport 38mm Rose Gold watch. I decided to purchase it and see if I liked it. Now that I have it, I love it. First, it's so pretty, with the rose gold watch and lilac band. It matches with pretty much everything, between the black face, rose gold frame, and lilac band (which is a very muted but pretty color). Second, I love the ability to customize it. While I don't use all the features on my watch, it is enough of an upgrade from my Fitbit Charge HR (although it doesn't track my sleep, something the newer generation Watch is rumored to do) that I am very pleased with the purchase. While my husband questioned why I didn't just wait for the new model, I am not at all disappointed. I don't find myself needing a watch that has all of the features of my 6s Plus iPhone (although I know that is what some people want). While I'm sure the next generation will have some cool upgrades, this watch was reasonably priced and has enough features for me to be pleased without feeling like I need to upgrade it as soon as the new one comes out. I did some research on apps offered through the Apple Store that also have Apple Watch capability. A few of the apps that are great on Apple Watch include: Shazam, Find Near Me, Dark Sky, and Yummly. Don't expect the Apple Watch to be an iPhone (you do need to charge the watch every night and it's not as fast as a phone, obviously) and you won't be disappointed. If you like technology and find having gadgets fun, I think you will enjoy this. If you like something that you can customize to fit your personality (watch faces, watch bands, apps, activities, etc.), you should like the Apple Watch. I know I do!

I have read and followed the instructions for this watch to get started. I put it in my wrist, tried to pair it with my phone and nothing.... It won't even light up. Nothing. So I put it on the charger thinking maybe I needed to charge it first. After several hours, nothing.... I plan to contact Apple and see if I can get help. If not, I am going to take it back. I need easy, not complicated.

    Truly Remarkable

I had first bought the watch a few months ago directly from Apple when I had dropped my phone while biking (before it was offered anywhere else), but purchased another for my wife from Best Buy. As I have loved the watch's ability to motivate my daily activity, be easier to utilize my phone when jogging/biking/exercising, I wanted to pass on that love to my wife, who already understands all the good things that I was explaining! While the fitbit is a great product as well, the fact that this links directly to my iPhone (texts, calls, apps, reminders, etc) is awesome!

    Awesome watch

I made the switch from a Pebble Time and so glad I did. This watch can do so many things and is so easy to use. It is very comfortable. I read a lot about the battery life not being good, but I put my watch on at 7:30 in the morning and don't take it off until 10:30 at night, still with a 30% charge. I use email, instant messaging, notifications, and health apps regularly. With the lower price of $250.00, it's worth the extra 50 bucks over the competitors.

Great fun for someone that hates watches

I have never liked wearing a watch. I work on cars a lot and they're always just in the way. Plus I have small wrists and the watches tend to slide up and down my arms constantly which drives me nuts. This watch however fits beautifully. It's just snug enough. The thing I like best about it is the fitness app. I do IT work so I sit constantly, and it's constantly reminding me to stand up and move. I had a fitbit before, but this seems to work much better for me. You can answer texts via talk to text, and I can answer my phone while driving from the watch. I can view the weather from it as well. Very happy so far. People mentioned the battery life and yes, you do have to charge it daily, however I got a stand for my night stand that holds the charger so I just pop it off and lay it on that before bedtime. typically, i'm about 60% by the end of the day, but not enough charge to go 2 days.

i heard great things about the watch and got it but I HATE IT, it never logged my activities and so i would have to switch between my fitbit and the watch. I was not worth the $$ to not even use it for a portion of m day! y

I picked up this watch when it was on sale down to $299 which was a steal! Wore it for a few days was skeptical the first few days getting my messages sent to my wrist but I didn't have to dig my phone out of my coat pocket to read it or reply which was nice. Started using it with the health kit on my iPhone to track my workouts, runs and sleep an I really started to love it. Only issue was that since I used to track my sleep I had to charge it first thing in the morning. Battery life wasn't up to par with what I wanted so I ultimately returned it. Some people tell me the 42mm has better battery life so maybe I'll try that. Also I used my 12W charger to charge rather then the one it comes with. Charged 2x as fast. I recommend trying it for a few days.
