Especially, bigger screen is much better than small size. Only one bad side, it doesn't perfectly fit on my car. Once I am driving, it is little bit shaking.

Sometimes a good cam, but some glitches

The voice commands don't work very well, if at all. It constantly takes pictures unless you tell it to, then it won't... weird...The power cord only lasted a little over a year and there's no replacements.

1. Take out the SD card and use the card reader to format it to FAT32. Please kindly save the recorded videos and pictures before formatting the SD card.

2. Unplug the rear camera to see if the front camera works.
3. Use a pin to reset directly the device. The reset hole is behind the camera. After that, please enter Settings, choose Factory settings to set the device to default.

It is suggested to purchase the 3-core hard-wire kit. The red wire is connected to the ACC battery, the yellow wire to the car battery and the black wire to the iron.
After installing the hard-wire kit, if you only turn on the parking mode(not turning on the time-lapse mode at the same time), the device will be off in a minute after the engine is off. And if the device detects a collision or a hit, the device will be on and start recording.

Vantop support response was that they don't repair or replace parts (basically no warranty) but only provide technical support. Their responses also indicared they didn't comprehend the problem or knew and it was the normal operation of the rear camera at night. Returning this unit to BestBuy.

Took me some time to figure out the supported app to view in mobile after transferring from my laptop. Second, I feel like third camera is missing to record the inside car. Not sure if this has capability to add the third one.
