Not worth the money

Anytime i turn my bass knob up slightly, it stops recording and starts preparing sd card again. Works how it should when there is no bass, however all other cheaper dash cams i have used have not had this issue

1. Confirm if the power supply of the car charger is always on. Plug it into the cigarette lighter. The light will flash if the supply is poor.
2. Take out of the SD card and unplug the power cable. Then take the dashcam indoors and charge it with a 5V/3A adapter and a MINI USB cable for an hour to see if it can be turned on.
3. Use a pin to reset the device directly. The reset hole is behind the camera. Then please enter Settings, choose factory settings to set the device to default.
4. Unplug the rear camera kit to see if the front camera works well.
Also, please check the USB port and the charging port, is there anything unusual?

The Geek guys at the Mission Valley installation shop were extremely helpful and patient, allowing a return and ordering a new unit that would be more appropriate. I also have a new installation date thanks to them.
