    Good concept but a lot of issues

    I swapped the unit out 3 times before giving up. The 4K version was constantly having issues with “ghost” touching, Basically, the screen would just start glitching as though someone touched the screen, but no one had actually touched the screen.

    Overheats and freezes up constantly

    Nice at first but discovered it tends to overheat quite a bit. Many times when I get in my car I find it’s frozen. Would not buy again.

    Didn’t last not even a month this one was defective, I have the same dashboard camera in another of my vehicles is working fine, probably I just got a bad one ….luckily costumer service in the store are nice made the return super easy .

    Not great… The idea was great to have a front and rear facing camera. It had too many bugs and glitches which made it irritating to have.(would stop charging, turn on and off randomly, not great at night). Ended up taking it out and taking a loss. (Missed my return period) like my regular mirror better.

    This mirror keeps turning off and on it constantly makes these noises as if it is picking up a signal from some other location. Not super happy with product.

    The quality of the video is great. It's in 4k so you can see what you're doing clearly. It's pretty easy to set up just follow the instructions. I like that it uses voice commands because I can tell it what to do while I'm trying to drive and not have to push buttons. Give me peace of mind so I can see what's going on around me. It's a really great product for the price.

    Could never get this to work. I purchased 2 different memory cards, and formatted them with different apps, but no go.

      1. Did you use a new card? If convenient, please send us a pic of the SD card, then we could check their specification. It’s suggested to use a SD card up to 128 G above class 10, and some compatible brands such as SanDisk, Samsung, etc..
      2. There are two steps to format the SD card before using it. Please try to format the SD card to FAT32 on the computer, then insert the card into the camera and enter Settings to format it again.

      If all the above tips are unhelpful, please kindly replace another 32 GB SD card to check if it works well.

    Will stop booting up after a few months.

    It will not boot up anymore bought in May 2022. Now October 2022. This is the 2nd one I buy and same issue with the last one. The last one lasted just about the year. This one did not get far.

    Very disappointed with this item. Bought and installed in my Camry 2020 first thing is the mirror look awful over my factory mirror because you can't align the mirror cam . But the worse thing is the back camera lens in full screen is very very blurry. Classic china product I can't understand the goods reviews.

    Trun on off automatic .I try couple of same products but all have same issues and returned. I personally do not recommend to buy the product and get trouble of returning and wasting your valuable time and money.

      1. Check if the power supply of the car charger is always on. Plug it into the cigarette lighter. The light will flash if the supply is poor.
      2. Take out of the SD card and unplug the power cable. Then take the dashcam indoors and charge it with a 5V/3A adapter and a MINI USB cable for an hour to see if it can be turned on.
      3. Use a pin to reset the device directly. The reset hole is behind the camera.
      4. Unplug the rear camera kit to see if the front camera works well.
