The touchscreen did not work. I contacted customer support, but they only honor the warranty if you bought it directly from the manufacturer.

Useless product don’t waste your money on this o wasted 2 hours setting it up just for the touchscreen to not work don’t recommend this to anyone

after 2 weeks the screen fell off, got it exchanged same thing happened . . . not good when your on the freeway

Don’t buy ! It’s been a year and it came apart the screen come off the housing .

Lt perfect for Toyota Camry, u have to remove your excellent rear mirror to out it on that loaction.

My Daughter & I had this installed in no time! We use this for her first car 2009 Honda Accord. As a new driver she feels at ease & so do I! Definitely Recommend!

There are so many drivers out there that don’t have insurance and a dash cam is the easiest way to protect yourself and your car. In February, I had a hit and run, my old dash camera was unable to capture the rear license plate of the fleeing vehicle and I knew it was time for an upgrade. This Dash cam was recommend by a co-worker. I wanted the dash camera to look nice so I had it professionally installed. It took the installer about 30 minutes to install all the wiring and configuring the unit. The camera comes with a rear camera and gps unit. The video quality on the front camera is superior to the rear one. Please note that the front 4K video will not play on slower video cards and older computers. The 4K video is very clear! The touch screen is responsive and easy to navigate. Customer service communication was quick and they are extremely responsive to answer your questions. I would recommend this unit to all my friends and relatives. It isn’t cheap, but it is a lot cheaper than other units with similar options. It is a great investment in case you are involved with a hit-and-crash or fender bender. The Voice control is okay, but I don't really use it since i don't like talking to myself.

I was a little worried after reading some of the low star ratings reviews. I finally decided to give it a try and I am glad I did. If they had any issues it's obvious here in the end of 2021 they are making the quality great for this product. I am surprised. What a great invention. Installing the rear camera is important so don't buy this unless you intend to install it with the set. Get a regular cam because this is meant to install the rear camera that's included. GPS device included is optional. I suggest installing rear camera higher is better. I installed mine under my rear bumper for appearance reasons but it was too low. I suggest at least ABOVE license plate. I chose to install it above license plate where it's recommended but my nephew put it up high in his rear window glass with double-sided gorilla tape and it works good also. The tint adds color but the angle is better to see the person driving behind you. Don't go lower then the license plate unless you want to see mostly the road up close and not able to see the drivers in the vehicles behind you. Other then that it's protection is well worth the money and your family and friends will want to be like you once they see it. It's pretty cool. I use it usually with the screen turned off with the mirrored screen alone to see behind me. Just having the 12 inches instead of my regular length of mirror is worth the investment as well. I can see better in the rear with or without the cameras cause the mirror itself is wider. The cameras I barely use but they record in a loop on a 250 gb card. I recommend youtubing how to use settings. There's some useful things to change from default like 1 min snips to 3 or 5 min snips. That makes it easier to find an event when looking for one. This device is worth the money. Definitely recommended

This camera works much better than I was expecting. The insulation and set up was very easy as it just clips to the rear view mirror and then plugs in. The video comes out clear and crisp and very bright. I am very impressed with the quality of video I am getting from this dash cam. I also love that he does not block any of my windshield like other Dash cams do.

One of the best purchases I have made this year. This camera is jam-packed with so many features you would think it should cost twice as much as it does. The 4K video is incredibly clear. I purchased two of these units one for my Tahoe and one for a Nissan versa The versa I had hardwired by a local mechanic so the backup camera could be used with the grid lines on my Tahoe I did a self-install very simple to run the wires and the rear view camera wire was long enough to run from the front of my full-size truck all the way out through the back into the rear. I love the voice command feature so I never have to take my eyes off of the road to adjust any of my settings. But one word of caution if you are not having the camera hardwired and you're just using your AC port to plug it in make sure that you disconnect it if your vehicle is going to be sitting for long periods of time It will drain your battery. My mechanic loved the camera so much he ordered two for his vehicles also.

Super clear .. only problem is the glare from the camera when it’s sunny

I love this dashcam. The video quality is very impressive, even at night. It shoots in 4k which makes a big difference over other cameras. You don't have to worry about the battery as it connects directly to the car for power. It can be controlled via voice commands, a very handy frature when driving. The touchscreen is also very responsive and makes it very easy to operate. Very happy with this dash cam!

Purchased this rear view dash cam for my mother’s car which doesn’t have any backup cameras and also doesn’t have great rear visibility. The pricing was great, and the picture quality in the cam is even better! Very clear image, easy to use, and you don’t even have to worry about running out of battery because it connects directly to your car so it is a hard-wired connection.

I am very pleased with this unit. I have had a few others in the past. But the video quality on this is very good. Also what i love about it is the entire mirror is the screen, on my previous one the screen portion was a smaller square. It is very easy to set up and use. I would definitely buy this again for other vehicles.

You cannot ask for a better picture but it shuts down, goes to the playback screen on it’s own and freezes. Fails to read the card and emits touch tone chirps without being touched. It did much better before the undate was installed. If theybactually had a quality control department at their plant this could be a seriously awesome dash camera…

Its working great so far and gives a peace of mind that everything is getting recorded, just in case I need to show anything that happens with my car or nearby. The installation is pretty simple if you follow all the instructions. I specially love Built-In GPS and Voice Control.

This camera is brilliant. I am very happy with it. I drive with it all the time as it shows my rear view. It also records videos very well. It shows the location and speed when driving as well. Overall, it is a great product and I recommend it.

I have this rear view camera installed in my other Vehicle and it is beyond remarkable. VERY rarely do I purchase a product that performs BETTER than I expected. I can admit, it might be a little tricky to learn some of the methods to changing camera view; but as soon as you figure them out, you will be using this camera like a pro! One swipe and you can switch the camera from front facing to rear facing. I love the face I get from all of my friends or even nearby drivers

I’m happy with the dashcam. I’ve never had one of these before and a friend recommended this one. I’m glad I took her advice. It’s easy to get set up and simple to use. I now have peace of mind that of something happens on the road, I have my evidence covered. I’ll be recommending this to other friends for sure!
