Dead phone

SIM card info was invalid or non existent. Sent phone back and i am still waiting on refund more than a week after Best Buy received the phone back

Battery problems

It stayed that way, especially so during charging. The battery would not hold a charge well, even with no use, as we were waiting on a case to allow more use by our son. Had to return for a different phone.

Disappointing purchase

There are challenges recharging the phone, even when using the charging cable that came with the phone. I am very disappointed with the purchase. This is not my first Samsung phone, but it will be my last one.
