A: I've never had a J-1 but this is my second J-3 it is like bulletproof I've dropped it many many times I love the phone it's very easy to use

A: There is 16 gigs of memory but a lot is used on apps. There are still enough left for contacts, pictures, and videos as i have all. Im at about 14 1/2 gigs now and the phone is a little slow. The battery holds up good. For the way i use mine i can recharge about every 2 days. Im not s big talker and an average txter. Most of my use is for facebook and messenger. I like the phene . Im on my third one.
