    Bought this phone as a Christmas present for my daughter and immediately regretted it. Set up didnt go through properly, froze while using immediately and ultimately, it went into "roaming" mode and was unable to be removed. Spent 2 hours on the phone with 3 levels of tech support to be told that I needed to drive an hour to the nearest Verizon store for a new SIM card. In the end, im told it may require a new phone all together. Very upsetting!

    Since I am going from a flip prepaid phone to a smart prepaid phone, we have found that no one wanted to help us set this phone up. We went to Verizon 6 different times. We finally got it activated and thought we were okay. We were able to receive and send calls a couple of days. Now we can not get the "green phone receiver" to work. I'm going to bring the phone back to you to fix it because the nearest Samsung repair shop is in Springfield, VA.

    The phone runs very slow. I would NEVER buy this pos product again. I had so much problems with Samsung products before and hadn't had a phone by them in years. Finally decided to give them another try worst mistake ever and now I'm stuck with a phone I HATE

    When I'm on a sight let's say facebook it will kick me off of it when I'm in the middle of reading. This has happen no matter what app I'm on. I would like to return it but im staying in quarantine.

    Be ware this is a locked phone! If you buy on-line, Best Buy will not help you set it up in the store.

    Good for basic use

    I have this for over 3 weeks, so far it's good, I want to make clear that use it for : browse chrome, text, phone calls, take some photos ( no selfies), YouTube, just the basic use so I can't review other functions or apps... I give it 4 Stars because the speaker, I wish it was better like the previous J3 model ( my son's phone has better speaker). I might update later in few months about this phone functionality and performance and write another review.

    2nd J3 in 2 yrs, needed replacement for same issue

    At 1st, thought this was a great deal. Within a year, had to replace it with another J3. Less than a year later, had to replace that one for the same, unsolvable issue - inability to connect to any Wifi network. Also, the camera stinks, especially after the updates. Each update seemed to diminish display, quality & performance. This time, I'll be going for a Moto G6. A phone shouldn't have to be replaced after less than a year's moderate use.
